Still waiting to go in 20 mins after appointment time. Receptionist was impatient rude and attitude. Not the best dealing with people at all. Normal receptionist is amazing. Dentists and nurse was so lovely

I had an excellent experience at 'mydentist' in Merthyr Tydfil. From the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The team offered clear and practical advice, particularly attentive to the needs of an elderly patient. Their professionalism and kindness were evident throughout my visit, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Rafia and her assistant where great even from georgia on front desk 1st class service i will definitely be signing up to the Dentist plan thank you ladies great job 👍

Happy with service, happy with teeth, was very impressed on how patient Richard Tierney was with me as I’m always nervous visiting dentist. He put my nerves at ease with his clear and calm instructions during my visits. Highly recommend especially if you’re nervous like me. 😀

On the whole very good, had one experience where the dentist was running really late and wouldn’t communicate with the receptionist. It was a toss up between an exam and starting medical treatment. This was dealt with very well by the practice manager, who calmed me down and slotted me in with a nice dentist. Am very grateful to her for this. Went back for more treatment and Both Danielle Dental nurse and Dentist Raffia were so empathy to my needs. I had an operation this week and they ensured my safety. The whole team are simply lovely and very efficient.

As someone who was petrified as kid going to the dentist. I couldn’t recommend Rafia enough. Very thoughtful and patient. She’s perfect if you aren’t a fan of the dentist or going to the dentist for the first time.

Poor practise. Staff don’t seem to have much patience with questions or queries. They also didn’t tell me about an 8 week ruling where if you book another appointment 8 weeks after your NHS appointment (even if it’s so agreed treatment) then it’s private only and not on NHS. I went private to another dentist and they said they made their own ruling on this because they only get paid once every 12months for an NHS patient not matter how many visits or what treatments been completed. So basically they introduce this ruling to get more money into their pockets. I wasn’t advised of this and found myself out of the "window" for NHS treatment and a much larger bill. Very poor dentist and the difference between my private appointment today elsewhere was a big jump.
