Brite Care

i had the pleasure of being seen to by IG i was quite nervous about having two fillings and she was incredibly very patent with me and explained everything that was going to happen before it did. both herself and her dental assistant did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and are always extremely friendly and accommodating

I had a root canal done today. There was no pain . It was just amazing. By the way they had good classical music in the background which I loved. Kodos.

Nothing but good things to say. Have been coming for years for 3 kids and they have always made appointments easy! Lovely staff. Thank you Sneha for booking us in today and looking after us!

I have had toothache over the weekend so on Monday morning I checked on their website to check that Brite Care in Market Harborough were open. They were at 9.00, so I drove over, hoping to get an emergency appointment. I waited until 9.00 and then went in. There were two very helpful receptionist who told me "although were are OPEN today, there are no dentists on site until tomorrow". I asked what was the point of them being open? The receptionists have arranged for an appointment for me tomorrow morning. I just hope that there will be a dentist on site then !! In the meantime I will carry on suffering with my toothache.

Nice staff and quick work. Was 40 minutes early for my appointment and they fitted me in immediately which was very kind of them.

If I could give 0 stars it would be that. Absolutely shocking dental practice! Constantly cancelling appointments and then threaten your place on the NHS because you’ve not had an exam appointment in a while when it was because of the practice constantly cancelling the appointments in the first place! I had a filling and it had came out I booked an appointment during the warranty period to have a replacement filling at no extra charge and that appointment again kept being canceled by the practice and it ended up being out of the warranty period the time I was able to make another appointment for the replacement filling and they told me I had to pay which seems very unfair. At my appointments I have caught the dentist eye rolling and very unprofessional. There are Always new staff they never seem to keep any staff from reception to nurses, the way I have witnessed the dentists talk to the receptionist and nurses is no wonder they can’t keep the staff. On my last visit to the practice there was no reception at all and nurses were running around doing everything. They are the only dentist to open up often to new nhs patients due to the fact they can’t keep the current patients. I have thankfully found a new dental practice and I advise to avoid brite care completely.

My teeth have just had a deep clean with my dentist. It was brilliant. The dentist worked quickly and efficiently, with no pain or discomfort. I am extremely happy with the results.
