Unfortunately, we've been met with rudeness by both the reception team and the orthodontist. As my son has been quite poorly throughout the year, appointments have had to be rearranged. This has been met with rudeness by both reception team and the orthodontist. I also was spoken to with rudeness by the orthodontist as I had not thought to tell them that my son had an mri scan. My concern was my son's health, it wasn't intentional, but the way I was spoken to was awful when I was already stressed and worried. Disappointed.

My son had to do his teeth as they were badly shaped. The clinical staff were all so helpful and very understanding. The treatment started and my son went through all his appointments. Even though we had to travel from Oldham for this treatment we enjoyed our time on the bus as we know that my son's treatment and clinicians are excellent in looking after my son's progress till the end. I wanted to thank all the lovely staffs from the reception right through to the clinicians. They are amazing. My son now has a beautiful smile. dr patel was so lovely!!! she builds friendships with her patients and would always be so friendly in appointments🥰🥰 dr patel will make u feel comfortable during appointments and shes 100% confident with what she does! the dentists said id have my braces on for 3 years but dr patel managed to get them off in 1!!

I couldn't have been happier with the treatment my child received from Dr Patel! She is professional, thorough, and great at what she does. From the very initial appointment, she made my daughter feel comfortable and reassured her, telling her everything slowly and clearly. The entire process was smooth and the result has been amazing - my child's smile has been completely renewed! The clinic is very warm and welcoming, and we always felt well taken care of. very friendly staff and extremely good results. did not expect the results to turn out this way but it is amazing how my teeth have turned out. definitely recommend

My son had his brace fitted here 2 years ago. The staff were lovely and even though he had many visits after continually breaking the wires they were always really patient with him and the receptionist always managed to fit him in. He has his brace removed around May last year and his teeth were above and beyond any expectation I had. They are exceptionally straight. Thank you Dr Patel & team.
