Great experience with Impress. The whole process was smooth, professional, and much easier than I expected. A big thank you to Asseya, the Treatment Coordinator, and Dr Ahmed. They were both very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel confident throughout 😁
So far so good! Agree with some of the reviews that the sales pressure was quite high. Shopped around a bit but Impress had the best pricing and didn't feel overly fake like some of the boutique practices. Took 23 days between payment and receiving my aligners, so I cannot corroborate the delays mentioned in other reviews. This might be related to their recent switch to the Invisalign brand. Edit: 1 month in now. Everything’s been going great. Everyone at the clinic has been very pleasant in person and very responsive through text and the app. Highly recommend.

DO Not get your teeth done here, I’ve been paying nearly £300 every month since February and I still haven’t received my retainers. Customer service is terrible and it may take weeks before you get any sort of response. They arrange appointments for you then don’t even show up.
My experience with impress has been absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have changed a thing it’s been so great. My teeth are now straight and I’m very happy with them! Dr Ahmed Niki the nurse and Asseya the sales manager have been fabulous throughout my whole journey I can’t thank yous enough! Xx
