I can’t thank the whole team enough for my Invisalign journey! From my very first appointment to the final reveal, everyone has been so professional, friendly, and supportive. I’m absolutely delighted with my new straight teeth and couldn’t be happier with the results. The care, attention to detail, and encouragement throughout the entire process made such a difference, and I always felt I was in the best hands. Absolutely fantastic dental practice! As a very nervous patient, I can’t thank my dentist Zeb enough for how patient, kind and understanding she was. She really took the time to reassure me and completely put me at ease. Nurse Flo was amazing too – she stayed by my side throughout and kept reassuring me, which made such a difference to my experience. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jaime on reception was also so helpful when I needed to cancel and rearrange an appointment around work – nothing was too much trouble. My whole family comes to this practice and we’ve all had really positive experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous patient!

I had a very positive experience with Dr S. Kayani. She was very respectful, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I would also like to thank Tammy at reception for being so welcoming, polite, and helpful. Her friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from both of them.

Fantastic dental service here. Dr. Abru is very calm and puts you at ease within moments of sitting in the chair. He is very knowledgeable and provides different options for your treatmemt. No pain at all. He and Roscoe, his Dental Nurse/Technician make a great team too. The reception staff provide a first class service, friendly. informative, responsive and most definitely approachable. I would highly recommend this service as superb. Thank you

Great dental surgery with very friendly receptionist and I can honestly say that my dentist who is a lady is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. She explains everything in great detail. I don't feel rushed or not able to ask questions. My treatment has been painless so far, which is always a sign of a great dentist. I would highly recommend this dental practice 😊

My experience with the practice was nothing short of exceptional. Zen and Flo were professional, calm, honest and considerate throughout my time there even when it became difficult due to the procedures I was having done. Jamie at the reception was warm and welcoming with a smile and some words of encouragement whilst I was nervous. All in all it was thoroughly painless and lovely experience, I would thoroughly recommend The dental Practice to friends and family.

It’s a shame. The dentist was good however, the receptionist was rude. My sister booked an appointment over a phone call for the two of us and the admin confirmed the timings of both of our appointments. When we arrived, the receptionist said only mine had been booked. This was their mistake. I asked if my sister could rebook hers now and she said we have to wait for my appointment to be over. I asked why does my sister have to wait for my appointment to be over? She said it was easier, which doesn’t make sense to me. At this time, the dentist came out and told me I’d have to wait an extra 15 mins as an emergency extraction was happening before my appointment. So I said okay. I said it’s only fair for my sister to get her appointment booked in now since my appointment will take longer to end and appointments will be taken. Instead of understanding and accepting their fault, she kept talking back at me saying no the appointments will be there. At the end she finally booked my sister in as the fault was theirs to begin with. I am very disappointed with the poor service and the lack of compassion and understanding. This matter should’ve been dealt with quicker and less complicated.
