Outstanding care from a truly exceptional team I cannot recommend Dr Nigel and Kimberly highly enough. I am a very nervous and anxious patient and attended for what was a complex wisdom tooth extraction. Despite thinking I was mentally prepared, I unexpectedly had a full panic attack immediately after the injection — completely out of character for me and quite overwhelming. From that moment on, this absolute dream team took over. They were calm, reassuring, endlessly patient, and somehow managed to ground me completely. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained gently, and they gave me the space and reassurance I needed to feel safe again. They even let me listen to a podcast through my headphones, which made an enormous difference and helped me stay relaxed. And then… the most incredible part — suddenly they said, "All done." I genuinely thought they had only just started. I didn’t feel a single thing. No pain, no distress, just total professionalism and care. Absolutely amazing dentistry delivered with compassion, empathy, and skill. If you are an anxious patient or facing a difficult procedure, you honestly couldn’t be in better hands. Thank you both — you turned something I was terrified of into a completely positive experience. 💙

Please avoid!!!!! This dental practice cancelled my orthodontic appointments on multiple occasions at the start of the year, delaying my treatment. There were promises that they would be rescheduled 'soon' and then I was left weeks without contact. I decided to leave the clinic and asked for my records and xrays (which I had paid for) to be sent to me so I could seek treatment elsewhere. Unforunately, despite formal requests via email with all the information they asked for (which they said was the set process for getting access to the records/xrays) - I never received them. I then called to chase this, and was told someone hadn't processed the request and that they would now process the request and to expect them in a few days. It has now been several more weeks and I still have not received them, I've now had to pay for more xrays with my new dentist, and my treatment has been delayed even further. I just went to our previous email thread to follow up on this to find the email bounces back - great! I'll be contacting the clinc by phone to ask for a refund on the xrays. Completely unhelpful staff and generally no consideration for other people's time or money. PLEASE AVOID!!

I’ve always been scared of the dentist from being a child. But I would recommend this dentist, Lawrence, puts you at ease, he has a very calm manner about him and listens to your worries. He total assured me it would be pain free and it was. The aftercare plan, was plain and straight forward to follow. Getting an appointment was very easy with very friendly welcoming staff. The place is spotlessly clean. Even the dentist’s assistant was lovely, sorry can’t remember her name. But she even checked on me to make sure I was ok, as she knew I was a nervous Nelly.

I had a root canal with Dr Khan at the practice today in Manchester. This procedure was done with care and compassion, and explained to me fully at every stage . Highly recommend Dr Khan and the team for making me feel in a safe environment with short breaks in-between the actual treatment. All my questions answered fully to put me at ease . Nice practice with amazing staff. Dr Claire Kirwin is always brilliant and her nurse Leila has also been great on my last few visits.

Visited the practice today for a hygienist appointment. Gemma and Harry were great, explained everything to me, and put me at ease especially as it was my first ever hygienist appointment. I felt well looked after and my teeth look fab afterwards. I would definitely recommend!

Great dental practice, staff very friendly and very easy to book an appointment Moheen Khan is an excellent dentist, he explained my treatment plan in full and talked me through each step of my treatment as he was delivering it. Mo always makes you feel at ease during treatment and continuously checks you are ok. Would highly recommend
