Brownley Green Dental Practice

I have been seeing Arti for a number of years, extremely efficient, polite and professional. Surgery is clean and spotless. I have needed emergency appointments a couple of times and have always been fitted in. In my view I would never leave or try another practice. If i do have an appointment I make sure to go and arrive on time, dentists are very few and taking new patients, so I never miss. Her team is also on hand and polite.

I have been an NHS patient at Brownley Green Dental Practice for many years and have been seeing Dr Aarti Bedi for many of those years. I have had necessary intensive specialised dental treatment elsewhere through Dr Bedi's referral. As usual, Dr Bedi's follow up care has been first class. She is calming, informative and caring. The clinic environment she and her staff work in, is spotless. I feel it is quite rare to have such a reliable, efficient dental practice that offers value for money. Myself, my husband, children and grandchildren all attend this practice. I highly recommend Dr Bedi as a dental surgeon.

I had treatment today which included injections. Not a lover of dental injections but today it was totally painless. The procedure was fully explained to me and was done in 2 parts. Fantastic. The dentist and all her staff strive to ensure patients are fully informed of all the procedures needed, another big plus. The calmness from the dentist and her nurse definitely helped me to remain relaxed which gave me even more confidence in the treatment I was having. Brilliant practice and fantastic staff. I would definitely recommend.

The team at Brownley Green are great & Dr Aarti is the best dentist I’ve had. Keeps you calm for any procedures, very knowledgeable, and takes a lot of care in her work - definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I visited the dental practice last month and I had a very terrible experience with one of the male dentist he was very rude and very unprofessional to me to the extent of him splashing the water they use to wash the teeth was all over my face and shirt and he didn't see anything wrong with his action and attitude and he was rather arguing with me, he said he's had a long day and he asked me to walk out of the room and I told him I will not because I'm paying for my treatment it's not free. I reported the situation to the receptionist and she was really nice and apologised on his behalf.

The worst practice ever! I cancelled my appointment as my child was ill and because someone on their team did not document that down, I am no longer a patient. How is than my fault! Disgusting behaviour especially being a single mother

First time visit and to start easy parking. Friendly welcome in reception. Nice clean and bright waiting area. Seen on time by a friendly dentist in a clean and modern room. Had a checkup and filling with the dentist very gentle so didn’t feel the injection. Treatment was quick, no pain at all. Dentist continually told me what was happening after a thorough check up. Dental nurse was welcomed me with a smile and friendly. Overall very pleased to start using this dentist and for fast response
