"Yesterday, I brought my son for a dental appointment. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the treatment or communication. The dentist started the filling procedure without properly explaining whether it was necessary, and did not discuss my child’s dental condition with me beforehand.""I understand clinics can be busy, but the appointment felt rushed, and I did not receive clear answers to my questions while i have no chance to question because dr said its done. Even i told her before the previous doctor want to remove his tooth because it can damage other tewth also. But she didnt gave me any proper response." Also, after I left a review, I received a call saying my son would be removed from the register. I found this response quite concerning." she remove out my boy next appointment.

I was accepted as an emergency patient back in March 25 & I'm extremely thankful as I was in severe pain. "Tracey" was very helpful & for me was proven an angel. I was treated by a young Dr, I dont remember the name at the moment but was informed in detail about the process. Very helpful. Since than I've been registered and found them very professional & never have had any problem booking an appointment or for anything. I'ld highly recommend them as my family members are registered elsewhere in area and I can feel they are way better than others. Thanks a lot Blackley dental surgery.

On website they said accept nhs patients and when I called they rudely said no

Had a great experience with my visit to the surgery for a check up with Dr Saira and her assistant Feras. Appreciate the time and attention given to address sensitivity issues I was having.

Felt very welcomed here today as being brought in with an emergancy took time to fill in forms with me understood me being a nervous paitent made me feel comfort and at ease all staff not just one took time to talk to me about treatments i need told me how to find a nhs dentist as been looking past 4 yrs would love to be taken on as a paitent here as while being there seen a few other people in b4 me and all new staff on name basis and just felt a very warm and calming place had few bad experiances with other dentist but here all girls nurses helped and made me very happy to attend here receptionist was so nice listened to me helped with all filling of forms and took time of her own back to tell nurse and dentist i was fearful if ever a place for me to be treated here i would love a slot thank u all for being so lovely

Was fortunate to get an emergency dental appointment here today via the NHS for wisdom tooth pain. All of the team on site were super welcoming and friendly. I was made to feel very at ease and it was explained to me very clearly what was required. Despite being in quite some pain due to my situation, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Exactly what you want from a dental surgery. Thank you for your help today!

Had an appt this morning not slept all week absolutely terrified,saw a lovely dentist called Miriam (think that's her name) she was so lovely and calm explained everything about my treatment going forward feel so relived dreading the hygienist though on the 5th. Thank you for your kindness and understanding
