Ascent Malvern have been fabulous from start to finish. My son has his braces put on within a month of the first consultation, a range of payments options which was very helpful. Thomas was seen by Asta and she was just wonderful, very knowledgeable and qaa as excited as we were with his braces being removed 4 months earlier than originally thought. Would recommend to everybody. Thank you for everything and for my son's gorgeous new smile

I haven't been to see a dentist for so many years, the last appointment was written on a stone tablet. Everyone at Ascent Dental made me feel so welcomed with good, easy to understand advice and options for my missing tooth replacement. Importantly I felt listened to and not judged. I've booked a series of appointments to get the work completed. I'll be so happy to smile again without feeling self conscious.

It was a friendly and smooth service from start to finish. I rang for an emergency appointment and got told l’d be phoned back and yes someone did phone me back and payment was safe and swift with the text messaging service and l was booked in under two hours to appointment. I was a few minutes late and l got a courtesy call at which time l was struggling to find parking and l was helped with that too. Natalie, the dentist was warm, friendly, professional and excellent. She diagnosed quickly and conducted an extraction in record time within my lunch break and was back to work - problem solved! This was my first visit to the dentist in my lifetime so that was a pretty amazing experience 😊. Thank you Ascent Dental team, happy new year!

I always write honest reviews based on personal experience and in this case I feel my hand has been forced, due to the complete lack of client aftercare. I visited the Ascent Malvern clinic for a consultation about dental implants and general improvement in my dental health. I was very impressed to start with, Faresh seemed to be a breath of fresh air and knowledgable. I left feeling yes I want treatment here. I was told I would be sent a follow up appointment. That is when the lack of aftercare started. I chased this repeatedly and finally got an appointment. I went again and came away still feeling yes I want to go ahead. The work I anticipated would cost around £20K+. I was promised a quote within a week. Seven weeks have now passed! Despite contacting the company and emailing I have never heard back from them. I have now given up. I don’t understand why the contact is so poor given I am a potential client who was going to spend a lot of money. Maybe they don’t need the business but it has left me feeling let down and disappointed.

Danielle was so reassuring and informative about the entire process and put me at ease from the start. Dr. Gursh and his nurses were incredible. Gave me all the information I needed and were reassuring. I’ve had no trust recently due to an open bite and have felt totally hopeless but Danielle, Dr. Gursh and the nurses were absolutely fantastic. As someone terrified of anything dental, I’m actually so excited to start my braces with them. Would recommend to everyone!

I was a bit apprehensive about starting with a new dentist. But the thorough examination and explanations I had followed by expert treatment from the hygienist was superb. The staff are all really kind and attentive too. Brilliant service!

Over the years I had developed a gap in my front bottom teeth and I was conscious of it… I plucked up courage and made an appointment. Initially I saw Arun who understood my nervousness and put a plan together for my treatment. A*Dentist Pain free treatment. Next was Asta who set about sorting my Gap, Amazing lady, I felt so calm with my treatments, and a few months on my Gap has gone. I am so happy🥰.
