St. Michael's Dental Care

This is the first time I have been to this dentist and I can thoroughly recommend them. My lovely dentist, Sarita. was charming, efficient and professional. I subsequently had an appointment with the hygienist that I dreaded but again, Sandeep was charming and made a notoriously unpleasant procedure perfectly bearable. Finally Ella, the receptionist and the dental nurses were all lovely. There you have it, go there!

I booked a dental check up after years of not going. Booking was super easy, the whole appointment was very quick and well explained with steps to take for more oral hygiene. I only wish there was a way to check my appointment after being booked online. I couldn't remember and couldn't double check when my appointment was booked for.

A very caring dentist in whom I have great confidence. I know my interest's are at the heart of the treatment plans. Thoroughly recommend.

I just wanted to say I cannot recommend Dr Matthias enough at this practice. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to the dentist. I had been in chronic pain and emergency out of hours dentist. He saw me and was very patient, understanding and explained everything he was doing! Thought we may have resolved the problem! Gave antibiotics, rang the following day as I was in so Much pain, he fitted me in after hours and stayed late. Went last night and I was in tears as so much pain! He again explained step by step what he was going to do and completely put me at ease and kept checking that I was ok thought. The pain has gone and problems resolved. Cannot thank him enough for his calm, understanding, professional manor and his help. I would not go anywhere else now for a dental practice.

First appointment. Very thorough. Detailed explanation. Would have had 5 stars if I wasn't kept waiting 25 minutes over appt time. I'm looking for a dentist to bring 2 other family members who wouldn't be able to wait that long because of anxiety. If this happens more than a one off they won't be able to continue attending here and I'll have to find another place, which would be disappointing because the atmosphere is really nice and calm but you can hear work being done from the waiting room.

Fantastic dental surgery!! I’m very nervous going to the dentist but I have visited both Dr. Sarita and Dr. Matthias and they have been amazing and put me at ease! Lovely practice and everyone is welcoming and friendly. I moved further away but I will still make the drive back to this dental practice as I have more confidence in them than I have with any other surgery previously used. Thank you to all the team!
