Roseacre Cottage Dental Practice

I’ve been registered with Roseacre for several years and have always felt the monthly instalments for check-ups and hygiene appointments offer very good value. The team have consistently been friendly and professional. On this occasion, I had a painful tooth and was seen the same day, with the extraction carried out later that day — which was impressive. Alice, the dentist, was excellent and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend the practice. Although I did feel the treatment was expensive, it’s not really something you shop around for in the moment, so it’s hard to judge. Overall, I remain very pleased with the care I’ve received.

I’d like to thank Lindsey for my very much needed new crown. As a very nervous patient, the thought of having a crown fitted caused me a lot of anxiety. However, I can honestly say the whole experience was completely pain-free. Lindsey’s patience, professionalism, and reassurance made everything so much easier, and I now feel confident about walking back into the surgery without fear. Thank you again for such excellent care.

I can’t recommend Kevin my hygienist and his assistant highly enough! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. We even shared a few jokes and laughs, which you definitely don't expect during a hygienist visit! Kevin was exceptionally thorough with my check and clean, but what I appreciated most was how careful he was with my sensitive teeth, ensuring I didn't feel any discomfort at all. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me brilliant, tailored advice. It was an absolute pleasure to see them, and they did a fantastic job! 👌🏽😁

Kevin has been my hygienist for a few years now, he makes you feel completely at ease and is incredibly thorough, he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and if there’s anything that can be improved upon in a professional yet kind way. His assistant Mandy is wonderful and between the two of them they create a lovely calm and relaxing experience. My teeth always feel amazing afterwards, can’t recommend them highly enough!

I come from a long family line of Dental surgeons and I have to say that the team at Roseacre are simply wonderful. Compassionate, caring and above all extremely competent. The reception staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I cannot recommend the team at Roseacre more highly.

I have been visiting Roseacre Dental Practice for 10 years and can honestly say they are incredible. I had developed a real fear of dentists as a child and that fear stayed with me for 50 years, I never trusted any other dental practice and would try to tolerate the pain I was in until my mouth was swollen, then have emergency treatment and not return. Then I contacted Roseacre in tears, in pain, and ashamed of my teeth having not visited a dentist for 11 years. There I met Lyndsey - Dentist and Kevin - Dental Hygienist who were and still are kind, gentle, patient, quite simply amazing. They have helped me to overcome my fear of going to the dentist, I now attend my hygienist appointment and dental checkup every 6 months without fail, and contact the practice if I have any concerns. I have highlighted Lyndsey and Kevin but I have no hesitation in seeing any of the team. The reception team and nurses again, are amazing, kind, patient and supportive I cannot praise Roseacre highly enough.

Very glad I decided to go private for my dental work after numerous NHS issues/failures. Alice and the team were very welcoming and professional and have done a great job getting my oral health up to scratch. Thank you.
