Orchard Dental Practice

Excellent service. Dr Folake Ogunnowo is a higly experienced dentist with a lovely care. Her attitude is absolutely amazing. I am one of most scared patient of dental care, but she always keeps me calm and give the best care and treatment. High Five!

Very kind and understanding staff. My procedure (3 teeth taken out) was quick and painless. They understood my anxiety so we're very gentle and explained what they were going to do, it was over before I knew it. After care was very good they made sure i was OK before I left with instructions for aftercare.

Got an emergency appointment through 111 and was seen the same day yesterday, the staff had a good energy to them (especially the reception and nurses) and the dentist I saw was a lovely lady (I cannot remember her name) who gave me antibiotics to treat the infection, she was very sweet and made you feel comfortable! Lovely place

Toyin is very professional and calm when carrying out treatments. She’s a very knowledgeable and polite dentist. My son has stated he feels minimal pain as she takes her time and is patient. The reception staff are always polite and nice too - appointments easy to get also.

Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I’ve been a patient here for several years, but the recent experience has been deeply disappointing. The customer service was dismissive and unprofessional, and when I raised a genuine concern, it was brushed aside without any meaningful response. Despite the high prices, I expected a standard of care and accountability. Instead, I was told the practice is "independent" and has no formal complaint process or governing body to escalate issues. This lack of transparency and refusal to engage with feedback is unacceptable. Patients deserve better—respect, professionalism, and a clear pathway to raise concerns. I can no longer recommend this practice.

I've only recently been a patient at the practice and could not be more pleased with the services received on the different times I attended. The staff members at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Folake makes me comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate her skills and the kind and gentle manner she explains all procedures. Thank you for all you do.

A very caring Practice with delightful and kind staff. My dentist is lovely. Understanding and provides excellent care. The clinic is well kept. Appointments run to time.
