Work is done sensitively with explanations of all procedures. We are treated with dignity and kindness. I never mind coming to see the dentist or the hygienist. In fact I have been coming to this practice for 50 years. Denplan insurance is also available.

Implant done - very happy. The attention to detail is exemplary, matching the implant shading to the surrounding teeth. The process itself is completed over a series of appointments which all went well. Each stage explained to me thoughtfully and questions welcomed. Really good result and I'm very pleased.

I had composite bonding done on 6 teeth here by Dr Spilker. I am highly impressed, it did not take long to complete. Was not painful. They look absolutely amazing. I have just completed treatment for upper and lower implants and could not be happier with the work by Nick. I had previous dental implants by Nick over 10 years ago which have been fantastic; so when I needed further work, I knew I would be in safe hands. I am not local to the practice, but make the journey just to see him as he is a first class dentist and would highly recommended him and his team. So friendly and professional and calm and gentle. I used to be a very nervous patient, but I can honestly say I now never feel phased at having any treatment.

I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.
