Extremely unhappy with the service. Waste time, lingering on treatment for more money. No duty to care. On top of everything the receptionist is vey very rude. It doesn’t cost you anything to talk nicely with people. She is always very rude and not helpful.

After being referred here for my daughter, I was hoping to get the start of her braces process underway. Instead I was met with an extremely rude man, he dismissed every question that was asked. When I also repeated what my dentist had informed me may needed to be done, he stated that hes the professional and my dentist who had been dealing with my child for 12yrs had no idea. Also said he will touch my daughters teeth until she has seen a hygienist which is fair enough and then said he would need to show her how to brush properly. We had the hygienist today and her exact words were her teeth are fine, and theres no reason for braces not to be fiited. Will not be going back and have already had my dentist refer me elsewhere.

My son had issues with his jaw and speech. We visited several clinics beforehand, and all of them recommended removing four teeth to begin treatment — something I was very unhappy with. However, Maidenhead Orthodontic Centre took a completely different approach. They started treating him with special braces, and he is now scheduled to start his normal braces in two months. I’m truly grateful for the doctor’s care and expertise. My son didn’t have to lose any teeth, and his jaw is now absolutely perfect. I can’t thank them enough for their dedication. The clinic itself is very clean and tidy. The receptionist is always kind and helpful, and the doctors are informative, efficient, and reassuring. Overall, it has been a great experience, especially as an NHS patient.

They didnt tell me that when I book my next appointment I am getting my bottom braces on ???? Would love to know that it would take extra time .and the lady kept suctioning in my mouth so it became so dry and I had a dry mouth for a week which gave me tonsitis so thanks maidenhead orthodontist

A busy practice, working hard to treat patients. A clear diagnosis from Orthodontist, no fluffy stuff! Son had braces fitted followed the guidance and 2 years later a beautiful smile.

Staff are very amiable and always work for the best results of their patients. Quick, easy and convenient booking or cancellation of appointments. A well formatted practice where they explain in detail all steps of the procedure, including visual guides, explanations of products and access to products to purchase there. Appointments all met within the scheduled time frames, and never delayed or run over time. Overall a great experience with only positives to say!

Maidenhead Ortho Centre have been the most amazing Orthodontists for me and my son's teeth. He had a very distressing bike accident a month ago and knocked out 4 teeth, severe cuts on his lips, his palate was hanging down and he was covered in blood. I rang them in a bit of a state as they were heading home on a Friday night on a sunny Bank Holiday weekend and they waited for us to arrive. Dr Steve Wagner and his assistant put his teeth back in and his brace back and helped clean him up and treated him and myself so beautifully as we were quite traumatised. Instead of going home to their families, they stayed for approx. an hour and a half to help us. I will be forever in their debt for their extremely kind care of my son and amazing work to hopefully save his teeth. We don't have an final outcome yet but they couldn't have done more. Previous to this all our experiences with them were very positive when dealing with my son's braces. All the receptionists, especially Emma were also really helpful and patient. Thank you again so much for everything.
