I had a really good experience at the dental practice in Lymington. Shanaka was very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The cleaning was done thoroughly and gently, and everything was explained very clearly, including helpful advice about my oral health. I really appreciated how detailed and reassuring the explanation was. Overall, a very positive experience — I would highly recommend Shanaka and the team to others in Lymington.

Today was my first visit. I had no idea what to expect. I thought I’d need at least two- three fillings but was surprised to hear I only need one. And the hygienist.. as always. Everyone was very friendly, making me feel at ease. I felt I could ask anything and not to be made to feel silly. Overall a very good first experience

I’ve been treated by Katherine for 6 years at Smiles and cannot praise her highly enough. She has a reassuring and positive cheery attitude and has repaired two fillings and put in a crown during that time, all without any pain to me - We all need a Katherine in our lives.

I have been a patient with Smiles Lymington for 10 years and the service that I have received has always been excellent. An example is today, where I phoned to get an urgent appointment because of toothache. Despite Smiles being busy I was seen same day. Well done to all of the staff.

My appointment was cancelled 8 minutes before my appointment time. I was standing outside the practise when they rang me. The dentists are always lovely even though you get a different one at each appointment.
