Village Dental Practice

I was treated very professionally through the whole process of a tooth extraction. Reception staff are very friendly. Nice smiles to greet nervous patients are a must! Michael is a very experienced practitioner and so reassuring from the outset, explaining the whole process if you want to know. I did. I had additional questions which Michael patiently and clearly answered. My own dentist referred me to Michael as she felt it needed his opinion and expertise. From what Michael explained to me I can see why she wanted his input for which I am grateful. Well done to Michael, Nina(?) his able dental nurse, and the team!

Appointment with Nancy Ghode. Seen punctually for scheduled check up. She always puts me at ease, with plenty of communication about the condition of my teeth. This time, I was recommended a procedure to reduce wear and tear, which I am going ahead with. Update. Procedure completed 22 May. No discomfort at all. Appearance and robustness of front teeth greatly improved. Excellent service from Nancy Ghode as usual.

The practice is very clean and organised, and the receptionists are always polite, warm, and welcoming. I feel like I’ve built a really good relationship with my hygienist, Lauren, and my dentist, Vahide. Both of them are very thorough, gentle, and always give great advice. I’d also like to give a special shout- out to Vahide. While I was waiting to be seen, she was treating a very nervous patient. She was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring, always communicating clearly with the patient about what she was doing and making sure she felt comfortable throughout the appointment. It was really lovely to see such kindness and professionalism.

I have been treated by many dentists in my lifetime, but I can honestly say that Vahide is in a class of her own. She is skilful, gentle, considerate and reassuring. Dentists aren’t on many popularity lists, but she makes it "almost a pleasure." Keep up the good work , Vahide and I look forward to seeing you and your colleague in 6 months time. The receptionists make up an excellent team. Well done all of you!

As always friendly reception staff and my treatment was first class. Vehda always friendly ,polite and understands your needs. Would highly recommend.

I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist but since changing to this practice I am happy to go! I’m always made to feel so comfortable by the friendly staff and I always have a pleasant experience which is really something to be said when receiving dental treatment! Especially thankful to Vahide who is just so lovely, understanding and helpful!
