I had a very good experience at Luton Dental House Clinic. The team were very helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. Hussain has changed my life ! From going to be knocked out for just a filling to having a lot of correction work in one appointment ! he has completely restored my faith in going to the dentist! He has fixed all my cowboy work that made me fear dentists in the first place and given me the best care at a phenomenal level I cannot thank him enough for he’s level of excellence and most of all his sole compassion to give his patients the healthy teeth they deserve Thanks again Hussain! never thought I’d ever say I’m looking forward to coming back to the dentist!!

Both myself and husband saw the lovely, gentle Sumaya. Found her to be warm,very gentle, efficient and softly spoken. She explained the process of my procedure to me. My husband who is normally nervous, was very relaxed in the chair. Thank you Sumaya and team.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received a text message saying my appointment was cancelled and to call to rebook. I called three times with no answer. On the fourth attempt, someone finally picked up, only to tell me there are no appointments available until March. This appointment had been booked over a month ago. When I explained I needed to be seen before then, I was told dentists are "in training", two are on holiday, and the remaining two are fully booked. Really? Let’s be honest. If I were a private patient, I doubt availability would suddenly be an issue. As an NHS patient, I had no chance. It just confirms what everyone already knows: money talks. Poor communication, poor service, and zero consideration for patients who have already waited weeks. I’ll take my money elsewhere and go private rather than deal with this practice again.
