I came in with very wonky top teeth, they gave me power chain braces on them and after about a year they were straight and I'm very happy with my results! The practitioners are lovely and cater to your needs, I have ADHD and felt very catered to. Overall good experience, would recommend.

It took them 5 minutes to make a decision regarding if I needed or not braces. The staff did not even ask me about how do I chew the food or anything else. Horrible experience, will never use them again. I will send my money somewhere else. Thank you

After the private orthodontist I paid for had gone bankrupt I was left to search for another orthodontist to finish off my treatment. After 5 other orthodontists said they would not take me on due to the complexity of my procedure. I had almost given up hope when I found these guys. Jessica from the first call went above and beyond to organise everything with the finance company responsible for the orthodontist who went bankrupt. From start to finish I would say Jilpa and Jessica run an amazing orthodontist surgery. Words cannot describe how brilliant the treatment and service was Jilpa had managed to sort out my teeth in under 2 years considering I had braces on for 7 years due to the failings of the previous company. I cannot recommend this surgery enough. Absolutely excellent and I could always have a laugh which always helped calm my nerves. Jessica always on point with updates and if you wish to change appointment for any reason always accommodating. A real big thankyou to you Jessica and Jilpa what a great place

Before the lock down I had finished my course with Dr Jilpa. I was thoroughly impressed with the work. After 4 years I needed another retainer. I was happily surprised when I rang that I was still on there records. A week later I had an appointment and my retainer was ready for collection the next day. I highly recommend
