New patient 1st Visit today. I was greeted warmly by the lovely, friendly receptionist. The dentist was excellent. She was so nice and Made me feel relaxed, gave me a thorough check up and made a dental plan for treatment. Highly recommend. 😊
DR CURTIS is amazing. I'm a very nervous patient. She always puts me at ease and takes her time and I have to say my anxiety has gone down quite a lot. Last visit I had to have a tooth extraction. I was petrified. As usual, she made me feel better and I actually didnt feel a thing. She has made me much less worried about my appointments. I cannot praise her enough.
The hygienists picked up on my anxiety immediately and gave me breaks to get myself together before continuing as I find the process physically uncomfortable and extremely anxiety inducing, but for my own health I know it must be done. They answered all my questions, gave me advice and were so polite and perfect during the whole process. I always feel so safe at this practice. As a business you fixed my teeth about four years ago and I always come back, I feel very grateful.
A small dental practice that has an excellent reception and dental experience. My dentist Dr Lauren Curtis performed a root extraction that was over before I realised she had started. No pain at all. Confidence inspiring. She then performed a bone graft to give me a better option for an implant in the future. This is healing very well.
I’ve had a few bad experiences with dentists last couple years and paying private prices but with Williams I got in as nhs and the service I’ve had through them has been exceptional. Best I’ve ever received. Dr Alex & his assistant Evie have been so kind and helpful especially after explaining past dental trauma, always treated with care it’s overall a pleasant experience for going to a dentist!
A delightful dental experience from the reception staff to the dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Curtis, makes you feel valued, she is caring, understanding. Discusses dental options with no pressure . A true professional, highly recommended.
Well I suffer with very bad anxiety and they made me feel welcome and friendly to answer there questions and reassured me about what I need to do to get my teeth better was very thankful for the lovely staff both dentist and receptionist all very nice
