John G. Plummer & Associates Dental Surgeons - Oulton Broad

I have a real phobia of dentists since I had an accident as a little girl, and I mean being physically sick before a check up. My dentist is on long term sick and I was lucky enough to be seen by Mr Trent. He is fantastic, he's had a lot of work to do because my teeth were a real mess. But he's made time for me and for the first time I can remember I go into the dentist and I'm ok. Seriously can not rate this man highly enough. I feel relaxed and I put all my trust in him. Never in a million years did I think I would be writing something positive about a dentist but Mr Trent just explains everything, no faffing about you know exactly what's what. Thank you

We probably all know how awful having toothache is? I have been with this practice for a few years now and they are always amazing. I cannot praise this surgery enough as I contacted them recently with raging toothache and everybody from the wonderful receptionists to my lovely lady dentist & nurses who got me sorted. I know how difficult it can be if you are in pain but please bear a thought for these lovely people & be kind. I would like to mention Joanne by name - in a nutshell - shes truly amazing. After all the hassles we have all had with dentists after Covid I had an appointment last week with who i hope will be my regular dentist at the Oulton Broad surgery. She made me feel at ease, took time to listen to the issues i was having and to clearly explain treatment options before proceeding. Thank you.

Being someone who does not like the dentists I have to say that after my visit today I have changed my opinion,went in feeling very nervous about treatment and especially injections as was in for 3 fillings,the dentist i saw was very professional,and took into account how I was feeling,I felt she went beyond to help me feel comfortable and relaxed,I left after my treatment with a different outlook,a VERY BIG THANKYOU to Amritha Pulikkottil for putting me at ease.would highly recommend this practice.

Wanted to say a massive thank you to dentist Joseph John and the team. As a very anxious dentist goer I was treated with such kindness and the most gentle treatment I have had for a long time. Everything well explained, checked in with throughout the appointment and felt confident in the treatment I received today. Feeling alot less anxious about a return visit next year and that means a lot. Thank you NHS and to the team at Plummers.

Great dentist to go to. Staff are welcoming and are professional. They understand my needs and put me at ease especially when I need dental treatment. The only negative is when I am called I can just about hear the receptionists behind the desk. They need a speaker or lit up board telling you.

What a great dentist. The reception is lovely and clean. Nice and airy. The reception staff are friendly. The dentist and the nurse are wonderful. They make you feel at ease. Never feel rushed. They go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable. 100% customer service.
