I had my dental check up appointment with Nicole Conway. She is professional, caring & understands how to deal with my anxiety, around clinical environments. she made me feel comfortable, not rushed during my appointment and explains to me clearly about treatment. But most important she is kind. The practice is really clean & tidy and has a calming feeling when entering. My experience here was amazing, all the team are really friendly😃

I have just completed my smile makeover at The Dental & Wellness Lounge with Dr. Kristina, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. As someone who has always disliked trips to the dentist, I never imagined I could feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the process. I had such a great experience with Dr Neha Sharma and her team. She was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. My check-up included an X-ray, and she talked me through the results in a way that was easy to understand. Even better, she managed to squeeze me in for a clean and polish on the same day, which was so convenient and thoughtful. Overall, it was a genuinely lovely dentistry experience. I’ve recently had treatment with Dr Sabina for a new smile. The clinic is immaculate always clean and tidy. You don’t feel like your at the dentist. Niamh is lovely and so welcoming. All staff look so professional and are all lovely. Dr Sabina… From consultation to finish Sabina listened to exactly what I wanted and created the perfect look for me. I was nervous after not having dental treatment for a good few years. Her communication is excellent from talking through the procedures to stopping when you need a break. I never felt under pressure on a time limit and everything was always so relaxed. On my follow up appointment I had little tweaks and Dr Sabina listened, advised and took the time to make the adjustments. I have recommended to friends and family already! Good staff make a good business and this is definitely one of them. Thank you xxx

I honestly can’t thank this dentist enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease, but they were so calm, caring, and understanding that it immediately put me at ease. They took the time to properly explain everything to me in a way that made sense, never rushed me, and answered all my questions without making me feel silly. You can tell straight away they’re extremely knowledgeable and confident in what they do, which gave me real reassurance. What meant the most to me was how genuinely kind and patient they were throughout the whole appointment. It didn’t feel like "just another patient" — I felt listened to and properly looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A true professional who really cares about their patients.

Today was my first appointment at The Dental and Wellness Lounge with Dr Kristina Jago, what a wonderful experience from start to finish, the practice is lovely and so calming. It was a big step for me as I have always been really embarrassed of my teeth and I am a nervous patient. Kristina and all the staff are so friendly,. no judgment and put me totally at ease , I can’t believe how relaxed I felt at a dentist, I am excited for my smile transformation .Thank you for a great experience 10 out of 10.

Had a check up and a scale and polish with the lovely Ruba today. She made me feel so comfortable from the first moment it felt like we were just mates having a chat. Ruba was very professional and answered my 101 questions with honesty, respect and showed a lot of knowledge! This is my second appointment here and again 5 stars. The knowledge these girls have and patience with each person is amazing. I have recommended this to everyone.
