Old Manor Surgery

Have been a patient at this practice for many years with my husband and children and we all switched to the principal dentist Dr Ouali when our original dentist left. Dr Ouali is extremely knowledgeable and professional and explains things well and whether treatment is needed or not. The practice is lovely and clean and up to date with all of the latest equipment and technology, and the staff are really helpful and friendly too.

Amazing dental practice, always helpful and friendly, I can get appointments when needed. Great communication I get emails and text reminders of upcoming appointments. Dr Ouali is excellent, he always offers great support and advice.

Always happy with the care and expertise shown by Dr Ouali and always gives excellent advice on dental hygiene.

Very disappointed. It’s such a shame as it’s such a nice building and great area. I wouldn’t usually write a bad review but I just wanted to make others aware of what happened… my partners filling got chipped and was in slight discomfort. We got told by this dentist that the only option is for a root canal. Quoted us a huge amount and ALWAYS adds on £45 on top of everything! We went to another dentist to be told that he in fact does not need a root canal and just a replacement filling! Seems to me he just tells people they need stuff done that cost extortionate amounts of money when they don’t need it at all! Only wants people’s money! Just be wary and get a second opinion elsewhere, as this is not the only thing he did that we weren’t pleased about! He’s very rude, unhelpful and if he makes a mistake he puts blame elsewhere!

Mr. Chabane Ouali was extremely personable and professional, and happy to explain the procedures I was having as we went along. His assistant could not have done more to make me feel comfortable, and the whole experience was first class. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Old Manor Surgery.
