Lisburn Dental Clinic - Dr David Hanna

Reception Not at all helpful Don't accept any emergency situations from outside patients and told me they only accept appointments from existing (registered) patients Also tried to tell me this is the norm for all dentists which is certainly not the case. Was able to get a next day appointment with another dentist in Lisburn who is more than happy to accept outside (non registered) patients for emergency appointments paying privately !

Would highly recommend this dental practice have just finished having some dental work done under the guidance of Catherine and faith from the consultation to finish they have you're needs and requirements vital to the work needed the information given at every stage was very informative and easy to comprehend they are a very pleasant team and it was a pleasure to attend this practice

Totally disappointed with the way I have been treated. Last year during the first lock down my tooth broke and my filling came out. The male receptionist assured me I would be contacted when NHS patients were being seen again and that the dentist was only seeing private patient's. For the record I work full time and contribute to my treatment, which is not cheap. I decided to ring on Friday and spoke to a female receptionist who informed me that I was no longer a patient because I hadn't been seen in 2 years. I did explain the conversation I had last year. It didn't matter. I am not responsible for the current situation in the world. I'm sorry but I feel very let down and saddened by your actions.

A great state of the art practice with very friendly staff and on street parking outside. Dr Hanna was great with the kids. He was very patient with them and explained all of the equipment to my son and allayed all of his fears.

Fantastic dentist and brilliant staff, hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years and was quite nervous when going, lisburn dental clinic took me on as a new patient, David and the team were brilliant and put me at ease straight away can't recommend them highly enough. Any treatment I have received has been first class.

Brilliant practice, David and staff are friendly and inviting and allows you to feel comfortable before sitting you down. Tells you all that’s going on and really puts your mind at ease with what’s happening around you! Would highly recommend! 🙂
