Beacon Park Dental (formerly Lichfield Family Dental Surgery)

Having began attending this dentist since last year I can highly recommend Vicki and the team. Beginning with the most thorough and informative initial examination, the continuing treatment I have received has been excellent. Despite attending my previous dentist regularly for more than two decades, there was much that had been neglected. The care I have received here has eliminated the discomfort I'd been putting up with for years when eating or drinking, which I was led to believe was normal. I am so fortunate to have found this practice.

So, this has now become my Dentist of choice. I arrived early April as a newcomer and had an excellent 1 hour thorough examination, nothing rushed and a full narrative throughout. Yesterday the 13th May I had a front tooth filling, which today looks and feels amazing. The procedure took 1 hour, really calm and professional. My resting heartbeat was 75 bpm throughout the dental work. Vicky kept me fully updated on what she was going to do, what sounds or vibrations I may sense. Nice little chats going on with assistant Mandy too. I had no discomfort during or after. I cannot fault the culture, the warm greeting from Nicky is a perfect start to any appointment It’s a ten from me

This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Vicky is kind, caring & gentle. All the staff are helpful & friendly. Immaculately clean practice. I won’t go anywhere else.

First time visiting Beacon Park Dental Practice this morning, and, I most definitely class this as my new Dentist of choice. After 40+ years of being seen by my former Dentist until he retired, I have tried to find a replacement that I could trust, and who hadn't seemingly been trained by a construction company to no avail! All the staff (Vicki, Nicky and Mandy) I met today were wonderful, everything explained carefully and I would highly recommend.

I always have an excellent experience here. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. This surgery has looked after my teeth for years now, and I will continue to use them even though I have moved out of the area.

I cannot praise this dental practice highly enough. The level of care and treatment is exceptional. Everything is calm, nothing feels rushed. If you are nervous about visiting a dentist, don't be. You will be well cared for.
