I cannot recommend Towngate Dental Practice highly enough. Since moving to the area, I’ve had several experiences here, and every single one has been impeccable. My journey started with an initial check-up with Will, who made the transition to a new practice easy and professional. I’ve since had numerous hygiene sessions with Mandy; her recommendations for tools and techniques have made a visible difference in my oral health—results I’ve never achieved elsewhere. I also underwent teeth whitening, and the attention to detail and support throughout the process was flawless. I was so confident in the team that I brought my mother here. She has always been terrified of the dentist due to past trauma, but she left her crown and cleaning appointments feeling relaxed and happy to have finally found a dentist who doesn't hurt her. Most recently, I had an implant with Dr. Taylor. Again, the professionalism and results were outstanding. I am hugely thankful for the care and precision taken. The practice itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and actually a pleasure to wait in. A special thank you to the wonderful reception team for their warm welcome and kindness. If you are looking for a dental practice you can trust, this is it!

From the moment I walked in, the entire experience felt exceptional. The practice is beautifully designed, immaculate, and incredibly calming — more like a private wellness clinic than a traditional dental office. The team were warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout, taking the time to explain every step and making me feel completely at ease. I had a root canal this morning with Will and Kate… to say I was nervous about the procedure would be an understatement as you always hear people horror story’s regarding root canals but I can honestly say this was totally pain free! (and that is coming from an absolute wimp!) The most uncomfortable thing was the numbing but that was over within seconds. Will talked me through everything before, during and after. Couldn’t fault the service I received at towngate dental from the team on the front desk booking me in to Will & Kate the dental nurse during the procedure. They put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Will he is a perfectionist at what he does and is absolutely brilliant. If anyone is having to book in for a root canal with Will please don’t worry like I did, there is absolutely nothing to worry about! Huge thank you to Will, Kate and the whole team at Towngate Dental. Everyone was amazing, professional and friendly from begging to end. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I needed root canal treatment and so my regular dentist referred me to Towngate practice. I had lots of questions and was very nervous. So before attending I looked on their website at the root canal section and it was so useful. I felt a lot more reassured. Will carried out the treatment with his assistant Katie. He soon put my nerves at rest. Very professional, caring, and used some super duper high tech equipment. The appointment was a long one 2 hours in all but honestly it was fine, painfree and nothing like i was expecting. If I need more treatment ( hopefully not) then I won't hesitate to go back. And finally yes root canal treatment isn't cheap but for me it was money well spent to save my tooth.

My daughter recently fell off her bike causing chips to her two front teeth. Towngate dental practice have been amazing they saw her the same day I called and the next day her teeth was sorted. All staff are friendly and helpful. Myself and my daughter was talked through every step by Dr Ioannis and Hannah B. Can't thank Towngate dental practice enough!

Absolutely amazing experience at Towngate Dental Practice. The clinic is modern, spotless, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the level of care and attention to detail was excellent. Great first experience at Towngate Dental Surgery. Made to feel welcome by Emma upon arrival. Ioannis & Marie were fantastic, made to feel at ease, comfortable and well informed throughout my first appointment. Headed back down to reception where Kathleen went through my treatment plan, answered all my questions and booked me in for my next appointment to fit my schedule. A 5* service from start to finish.
