I highly recommend this dental practice. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and professional. Russell and his assistant are a wonderful team, I feel comfortable and safe knowing that I am in good hands; their kindness, calmness, patience, sense of humour as well as their team synergy make the whole experience more relaxing for the patient. Russell has been my dentist for nearly 10 years, I fully trust his expertise. I highly value Russell's attention to detail, his exceptional manual precision and dexterity, as well as his interpersonal and communication skills. I feel fortunate to have found such a skilled, thorough, caring dentist and don't mind travelling from Hertfordshire to Leighton Buzzard for a dental check-up or a treatment.

I have had 2 implants done at Old Bank House as well as regular checkups (and fillings). The implants were done to a fantastic standard, and I was explained everything about the procedure beforehand. I was not just another number to Neil, and it was clear he was serious about getting the best result for me. I have had no problems with the implants or the fillings and having had check ups from both Neil and Reinet, I can say that I leave the surgery knowing my dentist has taken a good amount of time with me. They are both great dentists. As a patient, I've been treated with nothing but respect from the whole team, they are all lovely and friendly and make going to the dentist a much easier job than it's been before. Thanks.

I can highly recommend this dental practice. No-one enjoys going to the dentist, but this practice makes it as pleasant as possible. For many years I’ve had routine check ups and minor work with Reinet, which is always thorough, efficient and professional. Additionally I have had an implant competed by Neil, a procedure that was (surprisingly) pain free and 100% successful. The surgery is spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Both dentists are extremely friendly; they fully explain any issues and options and they genuinely care about their patients.

This Dental Surgery has changed my view on dental practices. Neil did a fantastic job on my jaw which needed bone work which he managed to do without me losing any additional teeth, couldnt be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this practice, and do so to all my friends/family.

Been visiting this surgery for over 20 years they have always looked after me and my family and I’m proud to say I have all my own teeth !! Today I needed an extraction of a wisdom tooth… in and out in half an hour that’s a testament to the professionalism and skill of the team. Cannot recommend highly enough !!

I moved house to LB a year 1/2 ago and was in need of finding a dentist. I got toothache the reason I attended this practice. I saw Russel who was so lovely, put me at ease straight away, very professional and had a lot of experience and knowledge which is what you want. I could have needed root canal but he manage to save my tooth and since him working on my tooth I am no longer in pain. I rebooked for a check up on all other teeth which for once I wasn’t nervous from the experience I had from the beginning and thankfully all ok. Russel and his assistant tell you everything, what they are doing why they are doing it so you know exactly what is happening. He even went in to detail showing me my X-rays what I should be looking at, answered all my questions after, I wasn’t rushed at all. They made me feel extremely comfortable. I have been to many dentists and the service I received was outstanding! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you so much again.

Neil has rescued a number of problem teeth for me as well as installing some implants. I am extremely pleased with the result and would recommend this practice to anyone. Neil and his team make going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as it could be.
