The Avenue Dental Practice

The dentist is always very stressful for my daughter who is autistic, however, the dentist today really took his time with my daughter, explained everything clearly and gave her breaks, in between looking at her teeth. The dental nurses were also very reassuring and made for a very positive experience. Thank you !

I came into the dentist today and saw the dental therapist and the nurse for a check up. I had a great experience and felt very comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend 👍

Slightly late for my daughters appointment by 5 minutes and wouldn’t entertain seeing her even though they called her name as we walked in, so you were clearly running behind yourselves, then rude receptionist advised sorry need to rebook we were 5 minute late, whereas every time we come we are usually waiting nearly half an hour to be seen it’s ok though isn’t it! And this and most of my children’s other appointments keep on getting cancelled and move every 2 seconds

Not a good experience got a filling done on my back tooth on Friday. They did not check my bite and only when I got home and the anesthetics wore off I relised I couldn't fully interlock my teeth. It's not open on the weekends so I can't book an appointment until Monday. Would not recommend.

Well it looks like I've had the same problem as the other people who have left reviews. I had a txt message to cancel my appointment as I'd missed the previous one. I called them to advise I had cancelled the appointment. A very rude response basically saying I was lying. Myself and the children have been going for 20 years and never missed an appointment. They are clearly looking to get rid of NHS patients and concentrating on private patients. If I am unable to find another NHS dentist I will use RD Dental in Countesthorpe as they have been highly recommended by a lot of my colleagues at work. I certainly wouldn't be giving The Avenue any of my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Excellent service today, as my son got knocked into and damaged a tooth. I rang The Avenue and Teresa very kindly arranged an emergency appointment and we were seen in the hour by the wonderful dentist and team (sorry forgot your names). Very thorough and professional, really appreciated the appointment, thank you.

I have been with the Avenue Dental Practice for over 20 years and have always found Ismail the other dental nurses and the ladies on reception to be very friendly and lovely..
