TG's Dental Suite - Scraptoft

I visited TG’s Dental Suite to make enquiries and immediately was made to feel very welcome. I signed up for an initial consultation/ assessment. I attended for my appointment three days later and again was warmly welcomed. The Dentist was very friendly. I formed him of my anxiety being there. He was very emphatic and sensitive to me needs. I was instantly reassured. He referred me to see the Care coordinator and eventually to have an appointment with the Hygienist My appointment with The Care coordinator went very well. She was also friendly welcoming and answered all my queries with professionalism and courtesy The environment at TG’s puts you at ease I shared my concerns and when I saw the Hygienist I received excellent care. She was so understanding and helped alleviate my fears I signed up as a member

Very welcoming friendly and efficient staff. The treatment coordinator really took time to explain things and the dentist and nurse were very gentle and kind with my elderly mum. Excellent facilities as well, spotlessly clean and modern environment, ample parking. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish for my partner. Very professional but also very friendly. Everything explained prior to, during and after treatment. Visited various other dentists prior to decision-making but found TG'S to be the best suited and was not disappointed. Akash was fantastic throughout as was Nikki ( and everyone else to be honest ) would definitely recommend to anyone. Great location also and easy free parking. Interior of practice is very modern and calming. Great work guys and girls.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentist appointments and from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel totally at ease! No judgment at all (which is where I get nervous) and tonnes of well explained information. We outlined a treatment plan and I now have absolutely no nerves about coming back! Both Nikki and Dhru were amazing, excited to come back soon!

I recently visited TG's Dental Suite for a Dental check up. I was really impressed with the friendliness & professionalism of the team especially Nikki. I first met her when I was looking for a dentist. She was very welcoming, explaining the treatments offered and the different affordable plans. She highlighted that they had a special offer for new patients and would email when it was available, which she did. Overall I had an excellent experience with all the friendly team members and would definitely recommend them. I was also impressed by the ambience of the premises, which was very serene & calming. Great team and welcoming. Dr Ria is so patient, explains things well so you feel comfortable about any procedures. Nikki is great at putting you at ease too and checking in with you. Via email and phone. As a person with ADHD having a good dental appointment experience has been essential to keep me motivated to look after my teeth, and less anxious. Thank you TG's.

For some reason my son’s name is on the account .. but no , it’s Phil Hunt here . Been to see the guys at TG ‘s again , it’s the first time since having all my work done and I could not be happier ! Would like to give a big shout out to the whole team , from the lovely reception team , coordinator, hygiene and lastly but no means least , dru and ria who have made a massive positive improvement to my life by giving me something to smile about and not be embarrassed by doing so .
