Briar Meads Dental Practice

Have been coming here for a little over a year, I have extremely bad dental anxiety which caused me to avoid dentists for years and hence I needed some extreme work, i’m not sure of my dentists name but she has been just fantastic, aswell as all the lovely smiling faces on reception, my dental anxiety has basically vanished in such a small amount of time. The work that the dentist has done for me has completely changed my life. The staff are so kind and helpful and I am always seen within a very quick amount of time. Would 100% recommend this dental practice 🙂

This review is long overdue having been a very satisfied NHS patient for over 20 years but was prompted by the practice's extremely prompt response when a crown became dislodged. Unfortunately it was beyond saving but Dr Mary gave clear and detailed information on the options available and what would work best for me. An early appointment was then organised for a specialist implant consultation. Thank you to all concerned.

I took my son today who has Autism and the he needed a procedure and I have to say the dentist and her assistant were extremely helpful,calm and patient with him. It’s hard to get him too the dentist due to his autism and they were great with him through everything. Thank you very much for your help.

I found the service provided was very good. As someone who is nervous about attending the dentist, I was reassured and put at ease, everything was explained to me. At no time did I feel rushed or that my questions were irrelevant. Everyone was kind and friendly the receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist himself. Thank you so much.

Fantastic surgery with exceptionally helpful and polite staff. A real gem

All of the staff have been lovely - dentists, dental nurses, reception staff. Everyone has been engaging, professional, friendly and polite. I have a lot of mental health problems but they always make me feel a lot more at ease whenever I have to go. They are efficient as well, and I really like the online form filling, and the courtesy call the day before to make sure that the appointment is still okay when it's a checkup. I have no criticism - they've been absolutely fantastic to me and to other members of my family who are patients there. Thanks to all of the staff. It makes a huge difference. Dr Thakrar is my dentist, and he is so lovely and really great at his job. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always call to enquire a day before appointment if you can still make appointment or wish to rearrange. Easy to reschedule appointments. Best dentist I’ve ever had 😊
