Over twenty years ago, I left an excellent dental practice to follow Dr Groves when he moved to West Park as I believed him to be an outstanding dentist. Since then, his practice has gone from strength to strength. Dr Groves and his team consistently offer an exceptional service. Recently, I had two dental emergencies, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure I was seen quickly. This meant my pain and discomfort were eased straight away, with treatment starting immediately. I would thoroughly recommend this practice without hesitation.

What a brilliant experience from West Park Dental Care, from the lady on reception, Nin, to the lovely nurse, Emma and the fantastic dentist that is Ian Wilson. After not been to a dentist in a few years I was nervous. Ian was so kind and friendly from the start, putting all my nerves at ease. He was so professional and talked me through everything with compassion and genuine warmth. Ive never left a dentist feeling so positive and happy with my treatment plan. In my past, I had quite a terrible experience which kept me away from a dentist for many, many year. I did eventually build up the courage to call the West Park Dental Care, my first introduction was with the reception, who were lovely, so friendly and helpful. My next experience was with Jo Wilson, the dentist, and this meeting changed my life. Jo has so much empathy and totally put me at ease, she took everything at my pace and never made me feel judged or wrong for not going to a dentist sooner. The dental nurses were great. I now have a lovely smile that i'm so proud of, I cannot thank everyone enough for caring about me. The whole practice is welcoming, friendly and very experienced . If you're worried or have not been to a dentist for a while, then don't worry and book an appointment at West Park Dental Care, because you will feel a totally different person, I did! Thank you to the whole team, you're marvellous.

I've tried 4 different dentists in different areas of Leeds and this is by far the best one. The customer service is 100/10, you can tell they want happy patients and they want you out of pain/discomfort. I've had treatments done by Andrew and Jo (Jo being the one taking care of my treatment plan at the moment) and I 100% recommend their services, they're amazing. Thank you!

I've been a customer for over 30 years. Always excellent service. My last visit on 2nd Jan 2025 wasn't with Alex who I normally see. The lady I saw was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed, but told me she wasn't a hygienist, even though my appointment was a check up and hygiene check. I certainly paid the full rate. I wasn't shown the cleanliness of my teeth after the appointment and was disappointed when I got home to check.

My mother has dementia and due to her fear of the dentist we never managed to persuade her to have treatment. Therefore she had 8 rotten teeth that needed to be removed. We absolutely dreaded what needed to be done. I am so glad I chose West Park for her treatment. They have been so kind and patient that mum agreed to the treatment and actually remained in the dentist’s chair! She had previously refused treatment from other dentists and had walked out. Today mum had her last rotten teeth removed and we are so relieved. The staff could not have been kinder. Also, I’ve managed to get follow-up appointments easily after each extraction when mum was suffering from dry socket. She has had top class treatment. I have been astonished at the humanity and professionalism of all the dentists at this practice. They have treated an old lady who suffers from dementia with great respect and kindness. I was so impressed that the dentists here check with each other that the treatment they offer to patients is the right choice. Thank you! Visited several times in 2019
