Springfield Dental Clinic

First visit to Alka at Springfield, very friendly and thorough. Reception staff are always friendly and courteous. Have been using Springfield for many years now and not had a problem.

Lilly was absolutely superb in my appointment today. Very friendly and caring, and did a great job. I've been going to the clinic for a few years now and cannot fault their professionalism and friendliness.

Always a smiling, friendly & helpful welcome from the receptionists when you enter. The dentists come out to you to take you into their room & are also very welcoming. The atmosphere is always positive. The premises are sparkling clean. It was great to see Dentist Oonagh again yesterday after her leave from the practice. She is the most gentle & friendly dentist I've ever been treated by (& I'm going on 80 so have been seen by many dentists). Over the years here Dr Ross and his team listen to you, never rush you & really do their best for you. Thank you all.

Juwairiah Rasool and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I had an emergency appointment and needed deep drilling like a North Sea oil rig. For this softie, they treated me kindly and with great respect. Thank you so much ladies.

Was a patient for a long time, my dentist was very good so much so that I travelled over an hour to get there however there seems to be little to no training on the customer service desk. I was quoted one price on a recorded call then asked to pay more once I received treatment and went to pay. I was told five minuets before my appointment that I would not be seeing my regular dentist but it was " up to me " being left completely on the spot already travelled an hour " On a different occasion I was 7 minuets late for a 9am appointment due to immense traffic on the only road from Leeds Town to guisely and I was berated by the staff saying I should set off earlier, then for the next 3 appointments in a row they were all exceeding ten minuets late up to twenty minuets late to see me and did not apologize On the fourth occasion that I was told "sorry yeah we should of done that" " we should of done that" or something equivalent i advised that I wanted to cancel and the reception desk did not have the correct details despite me filling it in numerous times saying it was an error. They also can not cancel your dentist plan, they give you a number then you speak to an ai who gives you a link then you receive an email. Constant massive basic failing from the reception desk which are unacceptable considering how much money is being exchanged.

Appointment on time, friendly staff, thorough examination, and scale and polish carried out. Discussed minor issue with broken filling, but no pressure put on me to have any work done at this time. Great service.

I have been registered here for a couple of years after moving from a different dentists. Friendly, warm service at reception. Organised and usually on time for appointments, the clinic is clean and professional. The dentist I see is Oonagh and she is genuinely lovely, kind, welcoming and puts you at ease in the chair. Had a filling recently, and it was the least traumatic I have had, she verbalised each step so I knew what was coming and made sure I was okay throughout. She always has a chat with me beforehand which helps, because as a person who is nervous of dentists due to past experiences, I feel safe and well cared for at Springfield and by Oonagh. I pay the monthly plan price which I think is good value for money with the free treatments and discounted treatments that I get with it. Overall I would definitely recommend Springfield as I am happy with the service I receive there.
