amazing people with the best dentists. i had braces for 18months and i am more then happy with the way my teeth came out. every appointment was very nice and i felt very taken care of.

Daniel was fantastic, really happy with the process and he was super kind. I was super nervous as I broke my twin block retainer a few times but he never expressed anger or annoyance. Had my braces taken off today and they look amazing!

The receptionist is consistently rude and unhelpful. She sits behind the desk chewing gum, avoids eye contact, and cuts patients off while they are speaking. On every visit, the lack of basic courtesy is striking. Something seems to go wrong between appointments each time, and getting through on the phone is difficult at best. The overall atmosphere feels disengaged, as though staff are there out of obligation rather than care, with the exception of Louise, who is professional and pleasant. Having recently completed my own orthodontic treatment at another practice, where the experience was welcoming and reassuring from start to finish, the contrast with this clinic is stark.

Right the main orthodontists are lovely but one of the assistant nurses are SO rude. Not sure of his name but he has an accent tattoos and wears glasses. Bare acts like he owns the place honestly, and he scratches his belly revealing his stomach which I see as very unprofessional do it in private. Sorry honest reviews only x

We had a fantastic experience with Hans (Orthodontist) and Bobby (Nurse). They were always very polite, kind and professional. They clearly always went above and beyond even at the busiest times. I always appreciated how well we were treated, the details provided and how well we kept up to date. We have had a fantastic experience with Smile Clinic in Headingley. The staff are all friendly and professional, the clinic is new, clean and welcoming, and appointments have always run to schedule. We are especially grateful to the wonderful Dr Hans and Bobby. Dr Hans is a skilled professional and a kind and caring person. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend!
