Please avoid - booked a private appointment was told I needed quite abit of treatment dentist was pushing for me to get it done advised I couldn’t afford the treatment. The dentist advised he’d contact me in the next two weeks about a nhs appointment .no surprise they haven’t even registered me on the waiting list basically was just a cash grab please Avoid dentist lied

I had an appointment booked for 12:55 pm. I arrived at 1:00 pm, just five minutes after the scheduled time, and was told the clinic was closed for lunch and I could not be seen. I understand the importance of being on time, but I find it confusing that appointments are scheduled so close to the lunch break if there is no flexibility at all. On previous visits, I’ve had to wait 10–15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, so the policy feels inconsistent.

Avoid this place if you have any mobility issues there's barely enough space to stand. Staff were fine at reception but the dentist tried to swing a £150 mouth guard for bruxism which is extremely expensive for a mouth guard you can get at any sports shop or on Amazon. Be advised

Can book appointment within couple of days. Dentist is friendly and gives good advice. Would recommend to anyone.

I have seen the negative reviews but I would like to say that my experience at this dental practice this morning was a good as a trip to the dentist can be. Both the dental nurse and dentist were considerate, efficient and friendly. Thanks to you both for making my visit as well as it can be at the dentist as no one likes having their teeth done.

Absolute butchers! Female dentist is incompetent, callous and undeserving of the title "dentist". Went here for an extraction, under recommendation from a friend, and ended up going to another dentist that had to finish the job, after the dentist at this place leaving me in a terrible state. she admitted that as my roots were long, and after having snapped my tooth and pushing down the tooth several times to loosen it unsuccessfully, she had to leave half my tooth in the gum so she could make it to a date with her husband!! And I'm supposed to be understanding whilst in pain!?🙄 Be warned, these 'dentists' and staff are unprofessional and inept.

I have severe anxiety about dentists due to a previous bad experience & let my tooth problems get out of control. I lost front teeth due to my negligence & was afraid to go to another dentist due to shame. After 10 years of pain I had the courage to try again & i'm glad I did. Paul was not judgemental at all and never spoke about my past stupidity, only what he/we could do going forward to solve things. He went at my pace, all treatments were my choice including being referred to hospital to get my worst teeth removed all at once under GA. All fillings were done very sensitively, stopping if I was getting to stressed at any point. I now have a partial denture & can smile for the first time in many, many years.
