No disabled parking so took some time to walk the distance to the clinic as the appointment was right when the local school finishes so little to no parking. Arrived a few minutes late and explained no disabled parking situation and just post chemo. Receptionist was very rude and said unlikely to be seen due to this. She spoke to dentist who was ok to see us but again, they were quite frosty. When leaving, another receptionist was excellent and very friendly and understanding and explained the best place to park going forward. Would recommend this practise but here due to a referral for braces.

Absoloutely brilliant service, staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable and compassionate. My little boy was so nervous about the appointment but they instantly put him at ease. Reception staff also went the extra mile to put us on a list for cancellations as our appointment was supposed to be during sats week but she rang me back the same day with an appointment which we are so greatful for. Thank you so much everyone at FLEUR.

We recently attended my son’s appointment and had a fantastic experience. The dentist took the time to speak directly with Oliver, explained everything clearly, and really put him at ease he left feeling excited to start his braces journey! The receptionist was very friendly, and every member of staff we came across was welcoming and kind. Overall, we felt really well looked after and are very happy with the service.

Came to see if our son needed braces, our first time at Fleur Dental, from the moment we went through the front door, the staff at the reception were very friendly, the dentist we saw ( sorry didn’t get her name) was lovely, explained what she would be doing at every step of the consultation, put us both at ease straight away Would highly recommend

Both my daughter and son have recently been for their first appointment, they seem to be very organised. I was very impressed with the staff.

I took my son for his assessment today after nearly a 3 years wait on the NHS. The staff were knowledgeable and made us feel at ease.

Great experience for our first time visiting. The staffs were all very friendly especially the receptionist who is very helpful and clear.
