I’m honestly so happy with my experience at Dentozen! I had really odd teeth with different shapes and sizes, and I also had a partial denture. I was so self-conscious about my smile, but Dentozen completely transformed it. They gave me the best quote to replace my old bonding and do new bonding, and it was worth every penny. The team listened to exactly how I wanted my teeth shaped and made sure I was happy with the final result. They genuinely take their time with patients, and you never feel rushed. The dental nurses are lovely — one was in training and did an amazing job. The receptionists are lovely too, and overall it’s just a really friendly, welcoming company. I’ve already recommended them to my family. Their prices can’t be beaten. I got quotes from other places in Doncaster, but Dentozen Leeds was the best by far. If you’re looking for great results, excellent care, and brilliant value, I highly recommend them!

Won’t be returning, booked in for a consultation but on arrival was met with unfriendly customer service and an unprofessional atmosphere. The staff seemed more concerned with a friend that had shown up to show off his car. Waited 15 minutes beyond my appointment time despite hearing staff stood gossiping and using foul language before realising this wasn’t the place for me and leaving. While you may see the professional glossy instagram posts the reality is very different, lesson learnt.

Went with my friend for her appointment and their customer service was amazing. Amar and Amina were lovely and easy to talk too. We sat in the reception while waiting and it was very comfortable. Will defo recommend!

Amar was an exceptional dentist and a genuinely kind person. He took the time to engage in meaningful conversation and was very funny , making me feel completely at ease, while also explaining the treatment in thorough detail. He was both highly professional and had a great sense of humour. Amina, the dental assistant, was equally caring and attentive. ❤️❤️

Even one star is too much for this company Avoid at all costs On your first appointment, these guys will sell your dream. They make you promises and then they don’t fulfil them. The owner which goes by the name of Saba She is a total shambles She doesn’t know what she’s doing. She makes you fake promises. I don’t understand how they operate. I had composite bonding to my top and bottom spent a lot of Money with these guys they told me to park my car in the back of the premises and it would be fine. It was an instruction that was given by the owner Saba. A week later, I receive a parking Fine I contacted Saba to let her know that I received a fine she said she would sort it Two weeks after this parking fine had arrived I then got a debt recovery letter again contacted Saba she said she would sort it She didn’t sort it, which resulted in me having to pay the fine I notified Saba She’s unresponsive the practice doesn’t answer my call they don’t respond to my email. This is the level of service this company is giving avoid at all cost. They are very unprofessional and unorganised. I travel from two hours away and this is the experience I had. I hope my review awakens people’s choice.

Worst people to deal with. They have a set of rookies sat at reception answering phones with no information whatsoever. Rang up for a hygiene appointment after being persistently told I have to do it online which I made them aware at the beginning I couldn’t do online cos website kept crashing. Sent me around in circles to be then put through to someone for them to tell me there’s no hygienist there anymore. Waste of time. Got my Invisalign appointment with them as well, definitely signed up at the wrong place for them. Highly regret it! Too late for me to change anything as I have already started paying for my treatment. Bunch of amateurs just good at taking money for Invisalign treatments! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I am doing my teeth whitening journey with Dentozen dentist in Leeds and I couldn’t recommend them enough, they’ve spoken me through every step and gave full information on the steps. All staff are lovely and the place it’s self if a warm welcoming dentist. I’ve also had a Hygiene clean along with this and from start to finish I was aware of what was happening. Will definitely be continuing to use this sensors for hygiene cleans ect… couldn’t recommend enough!
