Burley House Dental Care

I am a first year dental student at the University of Leeds and I was lucky enough to be placed in Burley House Dental Care on my first placement. The team we’re all so welcoming and made a huge effort to make me feel comfortable. Catherine allowed me to engage with the patients throughout the day and made me feel really at ease, and was also so helpful when I had questions regarding different treatments that were seen throughout the day. I really enjoyed seeing the close bonds Catherine had formed with her patients over the years and the practice as a whole has a real family feel!

I have had some terrible dentists in the past, various terrible root treatments, bleeding gums (I had to have gas and air to be able to have scale and polish, it was that bad), my teeth were a mess. Catherine not only saved my teeth and improved my dental hygiene, she has been fantastic when I had a tooth infection, giving her own personal time to advise and support me. I could not praise her enough. The staff, Clare and Emma, are absolutely brilliant and have given me very insightful and useful advice. Just a brilliant practice all around. Couldn't thank them enough!

Catherine is just the best dentist I have ever been treated by and I’ve had a fair few over the years! If you are anxious then she is your woman! The practice is friendly, relaxed, people centred and the team go above and beyond for their patients showing real compassion, empathy and care. You will go in and out smiling, it’s not meant to be fun is it but that’s why this practice ( well Catherine!) is so unique!!

Best dentist I've ever had. I was an extremely nervous patient before I started seeing Catherine. At the first appointment she made me feel at ease and as comfortable as I could be. Now a year and a half later I can say I'm not a nervous patient anymore and although I don't enjoy being poked and prodded I always come out smiling because it's been a positive experience. I regularly recommend this place to people.

I changed dentist to Catherine at Burley House following an issue with my dental care at a previous practice. I found the staff and the atmosphere like being at home with the family. I also found that Catherine very professional in her approach putting me at ease straight away and at 64, I have never had such an initial dental check from any dentist. I would recommend Burley House Dental Practice to everyone and will be travelling back soon from Scotland for my next check-up.

I have been using Burley house dental care since Catherine has been running this business and would like to say I have always had exceptional care from herself, Clare and Helen. Without them I would undoubtedly have a full set of dentures by now. My teeth have been very challenging for both myself and Catherine but she takes it all in her stride and always does her very best for me (I have always had an exceptionally challenging set of teeth)! All treatment options are fully explained in a very friendly and helpful way and I am helped to make the right decisions about any treatment may I need.I have had quite a few emergencies over the last few years, but they always manage to be able to get me fitted in quickly with a convenient appointment. It’s a calm and very friendly environment and you are soon at ease in a very modern and up to date surgery. Catherine is always updating the equipment and surroundings to ensure you get the best possible treatment and patient care. In short I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any dental treatment, I am highly delighted with the treatment and personal service I get from everyone at Burley house. Over the years I have been to quite a few dentists and this practice really is the best by far, they are marvelous.

There's a reason I chose Burley House Dental Care when I moved to Leeds from London four years ago despite it being a 30-minute drive for me - the fact that I researched Leeds dentists thoroughly and found nothing but rave reviews about Catherine and the team. And all those reviews were true. I'm a nervous patient who has a mouth full of veneers, crowns and fillings. From the moment, I go to my appointment to the moment I leave, I laugh at the wit and banter of Catherine and the girls, I've never felt a moment's pain and I've had the best advice and care I've ever had.
