Bridge Dental Practice

I visited bridge dental as a new patient having broken my tooth! From entering to leaving with a plan to fix said tooth the staff couldn’t of been any more, Welcoming, professional,informative knowledgeable & reassuring it was like a breath of fresh air no stuffy waiting room! Fantastically clean facilities took time to explain action plan and fantastic response time to book treatment in. Couldn’t of been happier.

Disgusting dentist I wouldn’t use them if they were the last practice in the world, unprofessional, untrained and won’t accept responsibility when it goes wrong. Had a dentist drill me for 4 hours nearly perforating my gum because she couldn’t find the root of my tooth and instead of waiting for the professional to check her work, she just kept drilling didn’t even give me enough numbing injections. Worst thing was she damaged the tooth so badly that it couldn’t be saved and just left me traumatised to go back so all the treatment I was meant to do using my maternity certificate was all wasted. I had to even go into hospital with chest issues and having constant infections after their treatments, which they refused to give me antibiotics she was more concerned about me suing them then actually caring about how I was. And accepting responsibility for the damage mentally and physically she done. If you care about your health avoid this dental practice at all costs and if your lucky to afford private go somewhere that actually cares

I’ve been using Dr Dhaliwal as my dentist for a few years now. He’s been brilliant with my teeth and he’s such a nice chap. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past so it’s great to find a trustworthy and friendly dentist. I recently took my 3 year old to him for her first dental check and he was great with kids too.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and professionalism of all team members. The premises are clean and pleasant, as a patient I can only recommend this surgery.

I used to really like Bridge Dental but I feel that this is practice has gone downhill, particularly if you are an NHS patient - you get the feeling you are unwanted. I was recently moved to a different dentist who was rushed, unpleasant and made me feel very ashamed and did not explain anything to me or listen to what I said. The (private) hygienist appointment that followed was inconsistent and I have been left anxious and confused. I sought to provide feedback to the surgery in the hope that they may try to rectify things by providing some reassurance/explanation, but I was simply sent a very generic email reply very quickly after I sent it - they clearly hadn't looked into it at all. Poor customer service. I had considered moving to private treatment there, but I have lost trust in them.

Absolutely appalling conduct, Did a tooth extraction and killed the tooth next to it, that was healthy and is a visible tooth, because my car broke down and unable to attend appointment - can prove this - they have struck me off nhs list and refused to deal with my dry socket and also refusing to treat the dead tooth they killed. They enjoy being like this which is quite scary. Also located by local drug dealers and users so your car is at massive risk there. It’s only now doing research that I see this is a big problem here - damaging healthy teeth.
