Great Dentist. Really recommend it. Jo is my Dentist and is always friendly, has time for a little chat too. I had a problem recently with one of my teeth. They managed to see me the same day. I was so relieved. The reception staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing They were friendly, calm, helpful, honest and brilliant at what they do. Even had a shorter lunch break just to see me to reassure me. I left there feeling confident and proud of myself. I will still be nervous on my next appointment but I know they will help and support me. Highly recommend

What a lovely team! Recently registered (new to the area) and after initial assessment, had a filling replaced. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was actually a relaxed and almost enjoyable experience! This from someone traumatised by dentists as a child and therefore very nervous. Holly and her assistants couldn't have been kinder, did not try to scare me into more (expensive) treatment than I needed like my previous dentist, and I had complete confidence in her expertise. I couldn't feel how the new filling was sitting, because of the numbness, so Holly said to give it a few days and come back if I needed adjustment. I did, and she fit me in the same morning I called, a quick, injection-free yet painless procedure, and it's now just right. Best dental nurse I've come across too, and the hygienist, Megan, and reception staff are also lovely. Very happy.

I have been at this dentist for nearly 2 decades. They have cared for my teeth so carefully and with such wonderful gentleness and care. I took my daughter there and now she is grown up too. 2 Generations of family. We both think they are superb. Jo Galvin, thank you for your time, care and for looking after 2 generations of family so well.

As always Jo took the best and caring approach to part one of my treatment as did her assistant both concerned and checking me as they went through. I’ve never been nervous with Dentists of this current generation as lots of attention is paid to patient care and welfare I’ve had Jo Galvin as my Dentist for many years now knowing she checks I’m all good with what is happening, talks through each step, time as well as procedures. As age I’m tending to have shaken hands and it seems lower jaw which concerned Jo, nothing she did just possibly my heart meds which I’m discussing with my Dr. Good work done, pt2 soon.

Dentists, assistants and desk staff all very friendly and helpful. Before my (very long awaited) course of hygienist and dental procedures I was absolutely terrified of going to a dentist. I can now say that I will attend much more regularly due to the empathy and professionalism shown by the staff at this dental practice. Thank you.

Not having been to the dentist for over ten years, mainly due to being extremely nervous, I needed dental treatment I thought quite quickly. I joined Dentalessence and was not pressurised into making an appointment. As Christmas was approaching I made one for after so I didn’t have to worry about it. I was made extremely welcome and everything that was happening was explained. I was given some choices as to what treatment I could have and updated on pricing. I am going back for the chosen treatment and I feel much more confident.
