I can’t thank this dental practice enough for their help when I was struck with toothache and needed urgent care. Despite not being a regular patient and living very much outside the area, they kindly accommodated me on very short notice as I was holidaying in the area. As someone who is an anxious patient with a real fear of the dentist, I was made to feel completely relaxed and reassured throughout the appointment. The dentist was professional, gentle, and carried out a smooth tooth extraction that brought immediate relief. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were for such prompt, high-quality treatment. I’m extremely grateful for their kindness and efficiency, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Forgot about an NHS appointment last year and was never contacted about missing it from the dentists. Phoned again to book an appointment and was informed I was removed as an NHS patient because of one forgotten appointment.

I have been patient of Lanark Dental Care for many years. Over the last few years there have been several changes to the practice both in terms of personnel and the treatments on offer. The practice has never been better and I have full confidence going forward that I will receive the highest quality care.

I Have had a few treatments at this dentist over the years and found them to be very informative and professional regarding what was required to resolve my various problems. It was also explained to me what was available under the NHS and privately, the choice was always left up to me. On the two occasions when I had toothache I was given an appointment right away and treatment to ease the pain until a permanent solution was found. All staff are attentive and professional in the way they handle their patients. A special mention must go to Margaret who goes out of her way to make sure you get an appointment that suits you. Well done guys.

Won’t return. Went in 3 years ago and was advised I could only get my treatment privately and not on the nhs, which I did. Went back in for a check up which should be free on the nhs. Never advised that they had registered me as a private patient years ago and charged £75 for a check up (10/15 minutes). No apology, no reasoning, poor customer service. Also quoted a ridiculous amount for treatment. Dentist was very nice and welcoming. No one else was.

Simply a great dental practice easily the best I have used. My dentist Rich has performed outstanding reconstructive work with great attention to detail. I am always consulted on all options before beginning any treatment and provided with an in depth understanding of what is required. Rich is always looking to move the practice forward with new technology and innovation which is great to see. I couldn't be happier with Rich and the practice.....dare I say I enjoy going to the dentist!

I have been a patient at the dental practice since 1976 and can honestly say that in all of that time I have received excellent care. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
