Templehall Dental Practice

More than happy to take your teeth out but good luck getting them back in. Had an appointment booked a month ago, due to issues with the bus I arrived a bit late and explained the situation to reception, they said they'd forgo the fee this time and re-booked me an appointment for a month later. Went today for that appointment only to find that they cancelled it and put a fee on the account without telling me so I had to waste another bus ticket with money i can barely afford and now I'm expected to pay for another ticket to pay the fee before they'll even give an appointment. The least they could've done is phone me so I'm not wasting any trips instead of this pathetic crap

A really excellent dentist surgery. I have been going here for years. I usually book with Michael but have also had other dentists when I’ve needed appointments at shorter notice. Every dentist I have had has been more than exceptional. So kind, patient and very professional. I cannot recommend this dentists surgery enough and feel lucky to be a patient here.

Had an emergency apt this morming arranged through dental advice line as I don't have a regular dentist due to extreme anxiety and fear. Was fitted in at short notice with Cameron and let me tell you, he was an absolute legend. Despite the fact this causes me so much trauma, he saw I was clearly upset and he showed empathy, patience, understanding and clearly explained my options and offered a referral, which I usually take. However, I trusted and listened to him and 15mins later jag done and extraction completed. If you've ever any fears, please don't put it off and get yourself in with Cameron, he was an absolute diamond. If your reading this mate, thank you so much. I very much appreciate everything you did for me this morning.

Just wanted to say thankyou to Sara and All the Staff for my excellent treatment and care and I will drop in some chocolates before Christmas. This is the best dental practice I’ve ever had. Thankyou

I have been loyal to this dental practice for all of my life, driving through from my work in Edinburgh to make my appointment however was 9 minutes late due a crash on the bridge. I tried to call to let them know and was on hold for 5 minutes without any answer to let them know I’d be late. As I arrive I explain the situation and she rudely told me that I’d have to pay a charge and I wouldn’t be seen. Despite trying my best to reach out to them and explain it was outwith my control and I was happy to wait. Won’t be back after this

I've been coming to this practice for years and am very happy with how they look after me. It seems to be mostly young dentists in the practice, so they're up to date with the latest thinking and learning in the field. Every dentist there who has seen me has been gentle in their work as well as friendly, patient and respectful in their manner. Special mention to Joanna who sorted a major permanent filling for me today. Thank you.
