Friendly, professional staff offering a stress-free service - really important, when having to go to the dentist. I was very satisfied with the approach taken by dentist, who took care to explain throughout the steps that would be taken, all in a reassuring manner.

Been a member of the practice for over 10 years. However they now don't care, no check up reminders. When tried to call multiple times, no answer and had to go in to book. Signed up and paying monthly online for nearly a year and they didn't even have a record of it. Once eventually I got my appointment, I had to get a medium filling, nothing major. Charged me over £150, which at first tried to charge over £220. Found out after when comparing other practices, the filling could of cost approx £60. The filling also received is very poorly finished.

If you want an amazing dentist , look no further than Ashraf . He’s such a kind , caring , professional , excellent dentist and I would definitely recommend him

Signed up for their dental plan, which includes yearly basic examination, and was offered an appointment 2 weeks later. I was then charged for the basic examination and told "oh well the plan doesn’t kick in for a month". I absolutely was NOT told this when I signed up or I wouldn’t have taken the appointment so fast because that was an expense I couldn’t afford. Absolutely shocking customer service honestly.

Unfortunately they do not offer Fife Primary Dental Plan anymore. This was a cost effective method of managing my finances. Now I am paying twice as much as before which is disappointing. Staff and the premises are very good though and helpful. So far pleased with my treatment.

Great practice and the team is very welcoming. My dentist Ashraf is very good and explains everything in detail, and his nurse Linz is very friendly and welcoming, and makes me feel relaxed during my appointment. They both are good at explaining what is to be done and what is happening throughout my appointments too. 5🌟
