Was a bit sceptical coming here after reading the reviews online, however after attending my first appointment I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. All staff were very helpful and nurses were lovely. When I phoned for an emergency appointment was given a quick slot later on that day which was fab 👍

Great dentist and great staff, never had any problems and always treated with kindness, highly recommend 👍

I phoned on 24 th March 26 to get more information about private dental treatment but the lady at reception was very rude. Thank god I didn’t go there

I found, as previously, my dentist Ben to be brilliant. Kind, caring and really looked after me. The Nurse and office staff were very helpful too. The only downside to the Practice for me is the stairs.

Was left with no help with tooth infection because one of the dentist had child born and was off the clinic. Just before my another contract at sea I was left with no help because there was no space for me ( I was booked my appointment 2 mounts before ) absolutely no respect for patient in my opinion. Keep away from this place as far is possible.

terrible experience , the lady dentist made me feel I wasnt welcome and the quicker she got me out the chair the better.. Also as Im severely disabled the stairs are a nightmare I had a panic attack trying to negotiate them and trying to find a disabled friendly dentist is imposible

Literally the worst dentist in Kirkcaldy. Happy to take so much money but not happy to provide a service. Phoned up 24hr in advance cancelled an appointment, they still took £70 from me but then said I can’t go anymore. Avoid this dentist. Receptionists are so rude.
