Ham Dental Practice

We are very happy with our dentist at Ham Dental Practice, Dr Joe Narcisi. He is extremely caring and attentive, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly both to parents and to the child. He has a great approach with children — he makes my 4-year-old daughter feel comfortable, sits her down calmly, and explains everything in a way she understands. As a result, every visit goes smoothly and without any stress. My daughter absolutely loves this dentist and is always happy to go to her appointments. I would also like to mention the wonderful staff at Ham Dental Practice. They are always well organised, send timely appointment reminders, and respond very quickly and helpfully to any questions. Overall, we are very impressed with the high level of care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Today, (01/06/26)I had a hygienist appointment. The dentist, Dr Rosa, was excellent and thorough, as well as very sensitive to my pain threshold. ( I am pretty jumpy around medical equipment!) . Whilst I was waiting, I heard one of the receptionists, Hajni calming down an extremely nervous patient on the phone, who, it became apparent, had a terror of any dental treatment. For a full 10 mins, Hajni could not have been kinder, more patient or encouraging. She convinced the patient to come in and have the treatment, without making that person feel bad in any way. Have to say I was very impressed! The other lady receptionist is also charming and welcoming, but this was a stand-out today. Only fair to praise where praise is due! Well done Hajni! 👏

Dr. Joe Narcisi is incredibly caring and always makes patients feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Martina Rosa is excellent at root canal treatments and provides outstanding care. The practice is very modern with advanced equipment, and I was amazed to have my crown fitted on the same day. Highly recommend this practice and the whole team!

We have been taking our 6-year-old son there recently, and we are really happy with the care and the whole experience. The staff and dentist are lovely — very friendly, helpful, always smiling, and welcoming. The young lady at reception is especially kind, polite, and helpful, with such a warm personality. The dentist is very gentle, calm, and great with children. Our son had two teeth removed while still smiling, which says a lot about how comfortable they made him feel. Highly recommended, and we’re very grateful to have such a wonderful dental practice in Ham. Also, there is free parking, and the building is new, clean, bright, and airy, with beautiful views of the garden.

Amazing service and treatment from Joe and the team. Had two crowns fitted after getting root canals done elsewhere, and was extremely well looked after throughout both visits. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment was smooth and professional, and the whole team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I recently had root canal treatment with a lovely lady dentist and a wonderful young nurse. I am very happy with their treatment — they were both professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. I’ve been to many dental clinics before, but I think I’ve finally found the best one! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience with Dr Martina Rosa! My daughter had 4 fillings done, and the dentist was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with her. Everything was done smoothly and with such a lovely attitude she didn’t feel scared at all. Thank you for making it such a positive experience for both of us.
