Got the appointment date wrong for me and my two autistic boys. Partly my fault for getting the wrong date, but got a call and when I tried to explain, I was told to find another dentist without any compassion, given the current state of dentistry within the UK. I could accept that if the receptionist Claire wasn't very abrasive, unsympathetic and hostile. Everyone makes mistakes and gets times and dates wrong, but to take it out on two autistic children in need of a dentist in a dental crisis is disgusting.

I must say the care and support I got was just immense..can I also thank Mr Peter McCreadie for the care and attention he showed..there was no rush..went at my pace..such a nice guy..and also his assistant was so lovely..it makes such a difference to patients..altho my abscess did get rid of my lower wrinkles..but so glad to be rid of the abscess..lol..

Had a shoogly crown that needed reseated urgently. Phoned to get an emergency appointment and the receptionist managed to get me one within 15 minutes of the call. Couldn't get the crown reseated but had to get an extraction instead. Didn't like that, but honestly the speed that everything got sorted out on a Friday morning of all times was worthy of the rating.

Was a patient. They changed head dentists without any warning (I'm unfortunately a anxious/nervous patient) . The New dentist barely looked at my mouth or barely touched my mouth at all. I had a rotten wisdom tooth(two barely poking through and one twisted), and 2 cavities in the side of my teeth. He did not see one problem... Oh and they stopped sedation. They didn't tell me that until I asked and prices through the roof for basic treatment.

Went in to see Aliza the child smile nurse with my little girl. She was welcoming, informative and great with my daughter. Recommend her for sure

left for months to get a denture and when you already have a strict diet of what you can eat due to crohns, this makes life so much fun, if you like waiting months between treatments this is the place for you.

I've had nothing but excellent treatment and service since going to Mydentist in Kilmarnock. Everything from the staff at the front desk to the 3 dentists I have seen have been absolutely first class. They have been accommodating at every turn and offer swift check ups and appointments. Both private and NHS treatment has been swift and painless and I now have no qualms or embarrassment about going to the dentist. If you are in the Kilmarnock area and are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend Mydentist highly enough.
