Can't say I've ever had any of the negative experiences in the reviews here. Had the dentist since I was 14 and he's done a great job and is always super accommodating. He's pleasant but to the point and the team who work with him are really lovely. No notes.
Thank you so much for attending to my 94 year old mum. The whole process was efficient, yet a lot of patience, understanding and a great chair-side manner were displayed by Mr Robertson. The visit caused her no concern, which was very reassuring.
Got butchered by another dentist and was petrified!! Registered with Mr Robertson and within 5 days had the butchered tooth out.......hassle and pain free!!! Very understanding, caring and professional dentist. I would highly recommend 👌
Avoid. Paid 50 pound for a white filling. It lasted not even a year. When I returned to have it fixed and complained. He was very rude. I walked out. So many better dentists out there
Quite a good dentist until a recent death of my sister which I couldn't phone due to being distressed and forgot all about it, got letter and remembered phoned them and explained a had a death in the immediate family, the receptionist a spoke to was unprofessional and uncaring,NHS are supposed to follow values she certainly doesn't have any...Uncaring practice..certainly isn't how you treat patients As a nurse with nhs it's disgraceful....AVOID.....
Mr Robertson is an excellent dentist more than happy to help with fast appointments
Lovely staff, got appointment same day after my toothache came on that morning. Was in and out no bother, all fixed.
