Ridentes Dental Practice

Came in for a dental check up with Pascal and Hygienist appointment with Rachel, both are friendly and professional. The staff in general are always friendly and help my mother use the lift to get upstairs, all staff greet you with a smile which is great considering this can be a really nervous event to attend for some. As usual the Star Wars theme in the waiting room (including a comical video and a new model of the Millenium Falcon this time) is a great addition to the very large, bright and clean waiting room area. Overall a pleasant experience, and yes i am talking about a dentists.

I got braces several months ago, and now my appointments are scheduled monthly or slightly more often, unless there are emergencies. Thank you for your availability, professionalism, high level of knowledge, cleanliness, and kindness.

I was referred to Ridentes by my usual dentist and this was my first visit. I was examined by Dr Sam Hassan. He carried out a thorough inspection and took xrays including a panoramic xray. He carefully explained the problems with my teeth and made his recommendations. I felt very confident with him and have arranged two further appointments for treatment.

I used to dread going to the Dentist but I really enjoyed my visit. I had a very interesting discussion with Rachel about sugar and dental health and then Pascal answered all the questions I had around implants. Rachel, the hygienist, made sure the treatment was as comfortable as possible for me and Pascal assessed my teeth and gums in an efficient and painless way. I find this practice to be supportive and genuine in the advice that they give.

I have seen Rachel over the past year for hygienist appointments, fillings and teeth whitening. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only is her expertise and professionalism exceptional, but she is also incredibly affable and always shows genuine care. I couldn’t be more pleased or appreciative of the work Rachel has done. The teeth whitening process at Ridentes was excellent. I must also mention that the dental nurses assisting Rachel are also incredibly affable, and the reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. Never did I think I would ever write such a glowing review of a dentist, but I must give credit where credit is due.

I had a root canal treatment done here with Dr Sabina Hakim. I went there for 3 different appointments and the last one was yesterday. The doctor was very professional and very kind throughout, as well as the nurse! The doctor explained everything to me step by step. I highly recommend this place.

I have had orthodontic, dental and hygiene treatment at Ridentes. Excellent experience all round - all the staff are lovely, I’m delighted with the outcome of my orthodontic work and feel very well looked after. Highly recommend this practice.
