I’ve been coming here since I was young, and the team have always been welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Emma is fantastic, very friendly and excellent at helping you feel relaxed throughout the treatment.

I can’t recommend Bradley & Shorthouse Dentists highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the whole team makes you feel welcome, calm, and well looked after. The practice is clean, modern, and extremely well run. A special mention has to go to Emma Franks — she is absolutely fantastic. Emma is professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure you feel comfortable throughout. Her care and attention really make a difference, especially if you’re someone who feels anxious about dental visits. Overall, an outstanding dental practice with an amazing team. Emergency treatment arranged within 5 hours of a phone call and extraction found to be necesssry undertaken almost painlessly by Emma Frank. Both reception staff and dentist exceptionally professional and friendly. Service like this explains why I stayed with the practice despite moving 30 miles away 8 years ago.

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was too small to be conscious of it. I’ve even moved across the country and I still make the trek to Kidderminster to attend this dentist! Simply the best. The online booking process is seamless and easy to use. Also the people/services there are great. Dr Murray is very kind and answers a lot of my questions. It is definitely one of the best dental experience I have had🙂

I haven’t attended any dentist for over 40yrs because of fear/phobia. I took the decision to get my unsightly teeth sorted and booked an appointment at the Bradley Shorthouse surgery. I attended the surgery at the pre-arranged date/time and was immediately put at ease by the friendly and professional demeanour of the reception staff. Similarly, the dental nurse and dentist were particularly friendly and helpful. During the examination and X-rays, I was kept fully informed and, at the conclusion, provided with a range of options on how I wished to proceed. Subsequently, I was presented with a full treatment plan, with prices, and a range of available appointments. I cannot wait to start the treatment.
