Terrace Dental

I was in great deal of pain, went to see my previous dentist they were appalling, all they were interested in was check ups and cleaning. The next day I went to Terrace dental on the of chance they were taking on NHS. They were, this was at 1050 hrs by 1100 hrs I was being seen, had an x-ray taken and shown and explained what the issue was by the dentist. I appreciate that I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time with these timings however Terrace dentist were very professional, I have managed to get the rest of my family on their books and now feel in safe hands. Nobody really likes going to the dentist, but when you have to you would like to feel that you are in safe hands and not being ripped off, I would highly recommend Terrace dentist.

After a long overdue visit, Shilpa and her team helped diagnose the right treatment plan bespoke to my needs. Staff are incredibly friendly, facilities are decent and I’ve never had to wait for an appointment, they are always on time. I’m a very anxious dentist patient - not only were they accommodating, helpful and honest, they reassured me at every step. Thank you

Superb service,timeframe and treatment!!!! The receptionist team are polite and their service is always delivered with a smile. Shilpa(Dentist) really makes me feel comfortable in the chair,is always informative,and goes the extra mile with an informal touch!!!

Very caring and professional. I am nervous about going to the dentist but my experience with this clinic has made me more confident. I had a large back tooth extracted and Sarah was very caring and reassuring. Would not hesitate to recommend them

What a lovely dental practice. We moved here because of location and the good reviews. We got an appointment for a checkup very quickly,we were seen on time and the dentist was very pleasant (actually very very happy!). Reception staff are friendly and efficient too It was a good move.

I had to have an extraction and teeth added to my plate, I was quoted £150 but on arrival I’m told it’s going to be £50 more! I stood my ground and the dentist checked and told me " this once we’ll do it for £150!" If you’re quoted a price then that’s what it should be and you certainly shouldn’t be made to feel bad! The dentist I see is wonderful but the dentist that did my extraction and has done before has very poor people skills indeed almost rolling his eyes when you talk to him. The nurse was very helpful. It’s great to able to access NHS Dentistry once more but it seems an awful lot doesn’t come under that umbrella and is private.

Lovely staff and made me feel at ease. The dentist I had my appointment with, Sara, was fantastic and made a visit I'd been dreading far better than id expected. Thank you!
