Abbey End Dental Practice

I have been with Abbey End for about 4 / 5 years and always been happy with everything. I had to have a tooth filled yesterday by David L & Sophie, all done at the same time as the checkup, easily, quickly, pain free and (& looks good) would recommend not just Abbey End but David & Sophie too. Team effort

Very good Dental Practice. David Law is a welcome addition to the team. I had previously been seen by a dentist who retired and had been there for over 20 years. I was was apprehensive to change. I needn't have worried. David is great.

I though the one receptionist was quite rude in her manner when I checked in , although a long wait to see the dentist she was extremely polite and helpful, as was her assistant

Extremely disappointed with this practice, particularly as we have been patients for over 30 years. My wife lost a large filling and rang to ask if she could bring her check up appointment forward (by two weeks) so that it could be dealt with. She was advised this was not possible, so she endured the discomfort, only for the surgery to text on the morning of the appointment cancelling! No explanation, no apology and, as other reviewers have reported, impossible to contact the practice by phone . With Julian retiring, the practice has really declined in their customer service and treatment and treat NHS patients with disdain. Unacceptable service and total lack of integrity towards patients. Fortunately we have registered with another dental practice and can no longer recommend you to others.

May i say i had an appointment today and whilst waiting for my appointment i watched two young girls on reception face an obscene amount of verbal abuse. They handled themselves and the situation with the upmost respect. I wanted to say i think its appalling how they are spoken to and think its so shameful of anyone to try and justify upsetting people who go to work! Ive always had a pleasant experience at abbey end and i hope the staff know they are appreciated.

Yes, its a busy practice, as it should be, Mr Green and the reception staff are professional and, after my last root canal and replacement offer the best service I could ask for.

Brilliant ongoing treatment with Dentist David Law and Dental nurse Sophie. Caring dentist, dental nurse and receptionist. Which was very needed as I’m not the most confident of patient. Definitely recommend this practice.
