I was happy with my experience at Hall & Smith dental practice. My dentist Clara was so kind caring & gentle with me because I have a great fear of the treatment. She's lovely as was her assistant (.dental Nurse) The receptionist woman were very lovely too. Thankyou
Hygienist appointment for clean and polish. I appreciated how the hygienist intuitively knew when to pause and let me have a break whilst cleaning and removing plaque. Some of my teeth are sensitive, so this approach really helped me and reduced any discomfort. I would recommend this dental practice for their care and friendliness.
Used to be a really good dentist. Now I have a different dentist every appointment. I'm a very nervous patient due to a bad experience with a different practice, they don't seem to care and look at me like I'm stupid. I've had two dentist now that make me feel really bad with anxiety. I had temporary filling put in and it's going to take another 3 months before they can put a permanent one in. Sure the service would great if I wasn't NHS.
The service and advice I received was fantastic. I had become for to use to treatment getting dragged out and never really getting told information. So having instant treatment and recommendations on what steps to take next was truly wonderful and has gone above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. A very friendly and professional team all round
A very quick but thorough experience. The hygienist and her assistant were very pleasant and professional. A credit to the dental surgery.
Definitely a 5 star for the dentist but not for reception and processes. No weekend or evening services. When I asked about Saturdays a set of really sharp replies from the receptionist made me feel awful for asking. Make no wonder oral health is so bad with a service that behaves like it’s doing you a favour rather than supporting patients. My dentist (leaving) couldn’t have helped more.
Delighted! Called in for an emergency treatment and the staff, professional and administration, were very kind and attentive. Whisked through and went home very much better. Subsequent treatment for two crowns delivered expertly and with great care. Excellent.
